I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts location where Shelby, Georgia, and Summer work, and I must say, my experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere.

Shelby was particularly attentive and ensured that my order was taken promptly. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect iced coffee and donuts. Her positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable.

Georgia also contributed to the great service by preparing my order quickly and efficiently. She was not only fast but also meticulous, ensuring that everything was just right. It’s evident that she takes pride in her work.

Summer rounded out the team with her cheerful demeanor and great communication skills. She helped facilitate a smooth operation behind the counter, all while making sure that customers felt welcome.

Go to Dunkin’ Donuts in Jasper at 9 PM to get two coffees and some donuts not just one kind of donuts. We got a variety of donuts with an online order. We proceeded to pull up to Dunkin’ Donuts to pick up our order and they tell us that they are out of donuts. All they have are munchkins what I wanna know is how you are Dunkin’ Donuts and do not have a single donut this is 100% totally uncalled for and quite ridiculous and this is about the fifth time. This has happened to me that they are out of donuts after five or 6 o’clock I guess I’m just getting on here to vent because I know nothing will be done about it. nobody reads these reviews. Absolute WORST experience this morning and they keep screwing up my orders over and over again. I know I shouldn’t keep going there but choices are limited and the next closest one in Canton is just as bad. I ordered a cold brew with light ice and cream and 2 donuts at the window. I was given the donuts and told to pull around to the front door for my coffee which I sat and waited for, assuming someone would bring it out as other places do when you’re waiting for an incomplete order. It never showed up so I finally went inside and it was made incorrectly but sitting on the counter, just waiting for me to pick it up. I was almost late for work waiting on my order thanks to this poorly communicated situation where my drive through order required me to go inside for some reason no one could explain, and the manager was standing right there watching the whole exchange. The only Starbucks coffees in this town are inside grocery stores so I’d be going there if they had a drive through, although since I’m going inside for my Dunkin’ now I’ve always had better customer service at the...
