As the waitress was bringing our drinks, She dropped a Red mixed drink all over my White shoes. Wasn’t upset about that, accidents happen. The way it was cleaned up was terrible. 15 minutes after the drink was dropped my Wife was still having to step over Ice and a Cherry to get there. Not easy in heels. Actually dangerous. So I decided to move us outside. During the move outside I left my glasses behind. I didn’t notice until I got home which is close to an hour away. I immediately called and was greeted on the phone with, “yes we found your glasses and I will put your name and number on them so you can come get them.” I told them it would be a few days, and they assured me that they would be safe. A couple days later I received a random call from a gentleman naming Himself “Cowboy” saying the people at Colton’s told Him I was looking for Him. I assured the nice gentleman I was not looking for Him and that I would be by the next day for my glasses. After arriving at Colton’s I was told they did not have my glasses. I was then let know by Jessica that She did see my glasses and that She would call back after investigating. After no call I called the next day and was told they would call back at 3pm when the other manager arrived to discuss the missing glasses. I received no call. 2 days later when I returned to speak with another Manager about the random call and missing glasses. A guy who did not introduce himself. Who I believe was the manager because that is who I asked for and waited to talk to for 10 minutes. This guy told me “We put irresponsible people’s stuff in the lost and found area, I will go check.” He went to the back, grabbed 4 pairs of glasses none of which was mine. Tossed them in a bunch on the counter and said, “this is what we got, take what’s yours, if no of these are them I suggest you leave.” This is the 2nd time I have been here. 3 Star the first time. 1...
Read moreWe ordered Colton's through DoorDash for mother's Day. The order arrived on time our dasher was pleasant. The order was missing rolls and the macaroni and cheese. Called Colton's twice had a very hard time getting a manager and the young lady on the phone seemed more inclined to blame our driver then simply replace the items. When finally speaking to a manager the manager was more interested in what company we use then just replacing the items which would have been faster and easier. Poor customer service and the fact that they don't seal their customer orders makes me very nervous to order from them because you never know what's going to be put in that bag or taken out once it leaves their hands. FYI we've had problems with coltons in the past with DoorDash where Colton's has always blamed the DoorDash company. Maybe it's just easier to blame the third party than it is to take a little bit of responsibility and show a little customer care and satisfaction and refill the order with just rolls and macaroni and cheese but that didn't happen. I failed to mention earlier that the steak that I ordered which was supposed to be medium was not medium it was more on the raw side it was bleeding. For New York strip that I paid $27 for you would think there would be less fat on the steak. we're done with Colton's I hope everybody else who uses Colton's has a better experience than us but for our family...
Read moreI ate here few years ago and remembered great food and great service. However, upon my most recent visit I am sad to say things have gone significantly downhill. It started when I came in on a slow Wednesday night and waited for a table for 2 for about 15 minutes. (Not a long wait but when I walked back to my table there were several tables open and only one couple left during my wait.) The staff at the front, who appeared to be snobby high school girls didn't great me hello, or talk to me when my buzzer went off to be taken back to my table. This was followed by a waitress who wasn't much friendlier than them. My appetizer came out and it was cold, then the manager came over and told me they didn't have what I ordered. To top it off, the person who was dining with me only got half of their meal. We asked that the side they ordered be canceled when we were almost done eating and the waitress rolled her eyes and said she would get it taken off of our bill. The waitress came and refilled our drinks but didn't bother to ask how everything was tasting etc. We then got our check and paid. As we were leaving the hostesses didn't say a word like the typical, "thanks for dining with us see you soon" goodbye. To say the least we were extremely disappointed in our service and quality of food, we will not be retuning...
