Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson City

I ordered the chicken carbonara and asked for extra mushrooms, sauce, and bacon. Now you would think that ordering extra toppings that you would see the toppings pretty well. But nope, it looks like there are less toppings than just the normal toppings they put on it. I see mostly pasta and that is dry. I always ask for the same extra toppings when I order the chicken carbonara. I like it really saucy it has came to me again so dry that it takes me drinking a whole pop to wash it down. The extra toppings should make the tin a little fuller as well but this tin is maybe half full. I am tired of paying for something and not getting what I ask for. So I guess by posting this I will not be able to order from there anymore because I do not want them doing anything to my food. Ordered late one night, received a call from the delivery driver, who told me he needed someone to meet him at the door, I stepped out and no one was there, I continued by giving him directions to my apartment and to my door, where the driver then tells me "your order was already dropped off" to which i stated that no order was received. Then the driver hung up on me. When I called the store to ask about my order, and the manager on duty(or someone who claimed to be the manager I never received a name) left me on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and tried to call back and Something had happened to their phone. I never received the items I ordered. I called the following morning and talked to the store manager by the name Matt, I believe. Well, I normally go to the on Truman, but we wanted delivery tonight. I never get delivery, and never use this location. And let me be clear, I will NEVER use this location again. I have worked for 2 different pizza places in the past, and their service is absolutely unacceptable. I placed a FUTURE ORDER for 6:30. That means I should have my pizza in hand by that time. The tracker showed my order was in the prep phase at 6:00. Cool. It’s almost 7:30. Still nothing. In the prep phase the whole time. When I called to ask what was going on, I got hung up on (mind you I hadn’t even spoken to them, I had only said “okay” and that’s it). I call back and they said it’s waiting at the store for a driver to be able to deliver it. After I hang up, 15 minutes later it switches to “baking”.
