McDonald's — Restaurant in Jefferson City

Tried to come through the drive thru last night and they said they were closed (when on here it says they are open 24/7). I saw that there were employees inside as I drove away. Either stay open and do your job or update your hours so that they are accurate.

*UPDATE: Not only are their hours inaccurate but I was also lied to to my face about the chocolate shake that I ordered by the employee at the window tonight. They claimed that the shake was indeed chocolate but they didn't have the "coloring" for it. It was vanilla. Once I got home my fiancé called the establishment and he did talk to the manager. They left for a moment to talk to the employee and we heard an "okay" as if they were getting ready to explain why the employee told me that and there was silence, then we got hung up on. EXTREMELY unprofessional and a waste of money.

*ANOTHER UPDATE: I waited in line for 10+ minutes only to be told that they were closed. When they weren't even supposed to be closed for another 20 minutes. And there were other people in front of me being served. I have given this McDonald's way too many chances and this was the last straw. Will NOT be coming...

I started loving McDonalds as a kid (I’m 73 years old) Recently I’ve noticed a severe decline in quick friendly service at certain locations. Yesterday, after a fairly long boycott of your stores, I found myself about 40 minutes early for an appointment and decided to stop and enjoy a simple cheeseburger and small fry, so I took a chance on an improved service experience. How hard could such a simple order be? I noticed the drive-thru was a bit congested and there were only two customers inside so I parked and went into the store and placed my order. (Huge mistake) After waiting 45 minutes, knowing I would be late for my meeting, I took my receipt to the register and asked for my money back. As I was leaving the store with cash in hand the manager chased me down with my meal and told me it had just come up. No charge, but the meal was cold as if it had been sitting for a while. Whoever waited on me was very rude. The girl had red hair and I've been told her name was Abby. I was standing to the side out of the way waiting for my order. I seen her bring two sacks from kitchen and set them down on other end of counter. I didn't order much, so I was standing there waiting she said did you need something else? I said no just my order, she said it's over there. I didn't know it was mine, she never said anything about it being my order. I worked in food service for 32 years and I will say something if I feel it necessary. I said you could at least told me, even tho she walked right back to where I was. Guess it's asking too much now days for someone to think, it would of been easy for her to bring my little bag to me. I'm also almost a senior citizen,and disabled but not stupid. I consider that rude and lazy to your customer and I really don't like to be feel...
