Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Jefferson City

My father called canes to see what the best way was to order food ahead of time to have it ready at 2 because I'm going to a doctors appointment for my broken arm that we need to be on time at. The guy on the phone said, which out us asking, "I can't just take your order and have it ready for when your here" so we have hom the order, upon arrival they told us they threw the order away because they weren't aloud to do that. On the phone the person taking the order has us give them the phone number and we did so they could have called us to let us know and we would have just ordered online. We then called after having to wait 7 minutes for food to be made to make a complaint and get a refund and the manager told us "it sounds like your time management was the issue." We will be figuring out who to contact about this situation and somrjing...

We have a lot of chicken places in Jefferson City that are much better than Raising Cane's. The taste of the food was fine and nothing really that special. They advertise the bread as toast when it isn't toast but a differently shaped roll. The reason people go there is apparently for the Cane's sauce, it is just Thousand Island sauce with pepper. Also, go ahead and pass on the lemonade because it is water with a hint of lemon and sugar. The service was alright but our group got 3 extra Cane's sauce and we didn't get any of them. If you are going to do an opening you should probably make certain you get the little stuff right. It's another average chicken place in Jefferson City so if you enjoy places like Lee's or KFC you will...

Went through drive through, pull around to hand everyone their food. They forgot our straws. No biggie, run inside—-wife shouts grab an extra sauce as I’m going in. Ask for the straws that were left and a sauce. Manager says that’s 39 cents. I’m like “so sorry didn’t even grab wallet, don’t have any cash”…he’s like yea it’s 39cents. I had to run back in there for what you guys left out, which is no big deal, but at least hook me up with a sauce please. Honestly could care less and wasn’t worth running back out for my wallet…..but his demeanor and rudeness lost us as customer. Unfortunately food was very bland too….and I’m the least picky eater in the world, but hardly any flavor....
