Bangkok Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

HORRIBLE customer service! My friends and I dined in and customers who came and placed their orders after us were served while we had to ask to be served everything. We waited over an hour to be served. When our soups finally came they were cold. My friend sent hers back and asked for it to be reheated. It never came back. And our main dishes also never came. They tried to charge for the soup that was returned and tried to blame the poor service on limited staff. Yet, we arrived before the venue became busy and everyone else was eating except for us. A large group came 30 minutes after us and were served the appetizers we ordered. At this point we just paid for the appetizers we did receive and left. Race was definitely and issue for this establishment. Despite the poor treatment and dine in experience we were not rude to them but they definitely need to improve their customer service and treat all customers equally. I will NEVER go back...

This was our first time dining with Bankok Thai. We walked into their establishment just after 10pm and ordering take out was no problem, even though they were closing at 10:30pm. They offered us water and a seat while we waited.

We had: crab rangoon, yellow curry (mild), and Kai Yang. Packaged to go, each meal got a small cup of rice on the side and this was enough for the Kai Yang. Typically when I order a curry anywhere, even eating it in-house, I use all my rice and still have curry leftover, for which I make rice at home; so if you're the same as me, or are sharing this dish, or don't have access to rice the next day for leftovers... order an extra. :)

Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is we haven't eaten in-house yet. Will update...

I ordered Lava Soup, one size , Large for 2 people, its a spicy seafood soup, which had 2 little mussels, 4 small pieces of squid, and 3 small shrimps. The flavor was OK, but the amount of seafood is ridiculous, especially if they are claiming it's for 2, It costs $14.31 with tax and when I called the place and talked to the manager, he said this is a right amount of seafood, it's expensive so they can't put more! How screwed up is that?! I expect more for the amount I paid, it was mostly broth with lots of onions, few pieces of mushrooms and tomatoes. Don't order, it's a rip off!! Customer Service is Horrible. he said: order something else next...
