Bunch of Dumplings — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I was lucky enough to find this place on UberEats, and I was not disappointed. They seem to be a brand new restaurant, but the high quality of the food suggests otherwise. We ordered a few different types of dumplings, and all were delicious. The garlic aioli "classic" (shrimp and pork) were the favorite. We also really enjoyed the different sauces, which definitely helped elevate all dumplings.

However, the best was saved for last. The bao-nuts did not disappoint - they were a perfect combination of being golden and crunchy on the outside while being super soft on the inside. The lemon sauce really put them over the top as being our favorite thing that we got.

The price and the timing was perfect! They were quick, and cheerful, and I loved the hand written note. I cannot say enough good things about the thoughtful service however the food was just unfortunately not good. The dumplings tasted like the ones I buy at Costco (which is fine except if I wanted Costco gyoza I'd just open up my freezer and make to myself) and the sauces were congealed and by the time I recieved them and didn't mesh well with the flavors of dumplings. Arrived only to discover the location appears to be a take out processing center. Dine in? I guess with the three chairs one could. Basically drove 40 minutes one way for take out. Not again.

I do want to thank "Bunch of Dumplings" for replying, noting that the Google may have been the entity to add "dine-in" to the profile, even though the team claims it did not (and I will side with the ownership team on this one).
