Fantastic First-Time Experience with Thoughtful Extras!

I just ordered from this sushi spot for the first time, and I’m blown away! Not only was the sushi incredibly fresh and flavorful, but they also surprised me with six free pieces, which was such a nice touch. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and every bite was delicious.

What made the experience even more special was the hand-written note they included in the order, decorated with cute stickers—it really added a personal and thoughtful touch that made me feel like a valued customer. The packaging was great, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The staff is friendly, and the service was quick.

I am so happy Yugo is available for pickup and delivery in Avondale at the Picnic food court next to the jewel. They have an awesome sophisticated menu - not just boring rolls with cream cheese. They were timely with their order and the packaging and presentation was seriously excellent! It made you feel good about picking up sushi! I ordered the crispy rice with salmon, tuna sashimi and spicy scallop 2 pieces. The prices were reasonable so I’ll be ordering again. The tuna sashimi tasted a tiny bit fishy so I might not order that again but everything else...

We like their food, but their service and communication definitely needs improvement. I ordered three rolls at 6:45pm and received a confirmation that I will receive a delivery at 7:35pm. I called them at 7:45pm to check in and the guy was “Eh, we have 40 orders, we will make it as soon as possible”. I asked him what does it mean, is it an hour or an hour a half, he said “yeah, an hour and a half”. So after waiting for an hour, I had to call to find out that there is a delay.
