Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I think the last time I was here, they (everyone, not just Chipotle) was having a lettuce shortage due to salmonella or listeria warning. I had not heard about it yet, because I was busy all week with a remodeling project, and hadn't had a life of my own. But I came in like normal and ordered 3 meals for 3 hungry people. I got to the end and noticed that there were no lettuce. When I tried to ask the server, "how long do I have to wait for lettuce ( thinking that they were just out until a worker prepared a new batch)". The server just said, "we're not offering salad". Being hangry as I was, I left with a pretty bad experience, because I didn't about the lettuce warning. I guess all 3 of us had a bad experience that day. I think they should have communicated better about why salad is not offered BEFORE I started ordering, instead of just assuming that everyone is in the loop about recalls. There has been so many times I have wanted to leave this place a negative review. I love Chipotle enough to keep coming back and hoping it will be better next time. Everytime I walk in here I see a different crew working and am still left disappointed. Tonihjt I met Jorge and the new crew and im hoping they stick around. Jorge was constantly hustling and this is from a 4 minute observation of him as your typical customer for take out. When we walked in a lady was helping us a young man came out the make and started to get into her order with us which we got 2 burritos after making them the man scrunched up my burrito and wrapped it in tin foil and i didnt noticed till we opened it after we left. I came back and asked them to make another i brought my old one to show i never ate it and the manager was unprofessional laughing with other employees thinking it was a joke. The young lady remade my burrito perfectly i might add and when i mentioned that the manager said its because of how much stuff was in it. It was the EXACT SAME BURRITO.
