We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tank Kitchen & Bar for our wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my wife’s dream wedding come true — and all on short notice.

The team not only catered the event but also helped with décor and set-up, which completely transformed the space into something elegant and memorable. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The cocktail hour was a huge hit, especially the tuna tartare, which guests are still raving about!

The dessert table was another highlight — beautifully presented, filled with a variety of treats, and it was gone almost instantly because everyone loved it so much.

On top of the amazing food and presentation, the Tank Noodle & Bar team was professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They answered all of our questions quickly, worked seamlessly with the venue staff, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

I had a great Sunday afternoon lunch date here. The uptown spritz was delightful and not watered down. I took sips of my wife’s boba and thought it was well-made.

We got the shrimp and pork spring rolls as the appetizer, and the sauce was a big highlight. The pho had phenomenal broth, tasty beef (sometimes chewy like the other reviews say) and a generous amount of bean sprouts and basil on the side. I’m not a frequent pho eater, but I would come back for this! I also took a bite of my wife’s vermicelli dish and absolutely loved it too. There are many other dishes I want to try on this menu.

Although other reviewers complain about price, I felt that the portions were generally fair for everything we ordered. We both took leftovers home; including most of the pho in my case. We paid $68 for our app, mains, and drinks, not including tip. Now we’ll need to come back for the happy hour specials and save some money :)

The space as a whole looks new, and there’s a ton of space for patrons. We had attentive service from Trung, and he adeptly answered all of our questions. We were the only people dining in, which is wild because this restaurant truly deserves more business. Don’t sleep...

I don't know if it's the same manager there, that was there when they first opened (I don't think it is) but this location needs to get their act together! They are disorganized! We made a take out order yesterday 8/6/23 4pmish. Went picked up the food everything was fine. Next thing I know my phone is getting blown up by a number I don't know. 5 calls in a row... Then a text from the number. Saying that I ordered food from there but left without paying. I told her it was paid for in cash and there was a guy at the counter and he took the money and gave us the change. She said "oh, let me go ask the staff. I'm sorry" First of all why weren't the staff asked FIRST in the first place?! Before calling a paying customer(who loves the food there btw and have ordered and dined in there) and accusing them for not paying! Then to make it worse 4 hrs after the fact...I start getting butt dialed 8x in a row from the same number! I texted it told them they were calling. No answer. Called the restaurant and told the girl ( who's number it was btw I recognized the voice from earlier) She played dumb and then said she'd tell the girl 🙄.
