Worst Chipotle experience ever. When you walk in, it's very difficult to pass through to where you order. Second, the portions are unlike anything I've ever seen before. I ordered three chicken burrito bowls, and they couldn't even serve full scoops of what I asked for. Every single item that I wanted, the server put half of a spoonful. I understand that the staff is trained to respect the serving portions, but the amount of food that I was given was ridiculously small. I asked for some fajitas, and they told me that I would need to wait a few minutes, and I told them that I could wait. After I finished paying, I could even sit down because the tables were so cramped that other people that were already there eating took the chairs from other tables. When we finally got the fajitas, we were given them in a small container. I asked for fajitas for all three bowl, and what they gave wasn't even enough for one. They were raw and cold. Additionally, the restaurant is not clean. You could tell that the tables had not been cleaned, as well as the area where you get you drinks from. The only nice person was the cashier. Terrible service. Ever since they changed their location, everything has gone downhill. I will not be returning to this location. I'm truly...
Read moreI think a manager needs to go through the temperature and holding of cooking chicken, making sure the cooks, are not creating food borne illnesses. And CLEANING THE GRILL. Undercooked chicken can harbor dangerous bacteria like Salmonella and Campylobacter, which can cause foodborne illnesses. These bacteria are usually killed when chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If not cooked thoroughly, and long eneough (temp holding) these bacteria can cause symptoms like diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain, and vomiting. If two or more people have gotten ill, it is called an outbreak. If you have experienced this please make a report to the local health department. Chipotle chicken has made me sick for...
Read moreAbsolutely the nastiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to — and it hasn’t even been open that long. The workers were just sitting around chatting instead of doing anything useful like cleaning the filthy windows, checking the bathroom, or walking around the restaurant to keep it presentable.
While I was eating and could clearly see the food prep line, the girl serving rice and meat kept dropping pieces — and instead of throwing them away like any clean restaurant would, she just picked them up off the counter and put them back into the hot dish where the rest of the food was being kept. Disgusting and unsanitary.
This place needs a serious wake-up call before it goes...
