Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Go here to this location all the time cause it closest to my house coffee always good but the people that work at this location always gossiping about someone in the back instead of working on orders I order through the Dunkin app one time I order through the app I could hear the sound on the machine when the order comes in from the app one girl was taking 10 minutes to look she didn’t bother coming to the front to look and now every time I order through the app the order not ready and customers that order inside Dunkin are getting they’re orders before my order and the ones getting they’re orders before I get mine they come inside this location 10-15 minutes after I walk in plus the workers here have attitudes every time I come in with my wife we don’t do anything wrong we just regular customers trying to get coffee these workers here always have this attitude towards us I come one night this young girl comes out telling me they don’t have donuts I told her give me 2 chocolate ones on the shelf behind her and another worker I just got off a 8 hour shift I’m tired and got pissed from young girl from this location giving me a attitude so I told her give me the 2 behind the counter she mumbled something I couldn’t understand what she said now I come in order egg whites for my wife they said they don’t have any I go ok can I please have bagel bites with cream cheese again from different workers...

Well on the 12 of November me and my mom an elder person thats almost 80 went to have breakfast like always at Dunkin’ Donuts this time was on this location 4644 w diversey they were totally rude to her, when my mom complain that the coffee was cold and that it had more extra cream that she ask for; she said a large coffee with extra cream regular sugar again for a large so from that point on they manager or idk who it was was screaming at her that she had ask for extra extra cream regular sugar anyways I worked myself for Dunkin’ Donuts and I’ve always known that the customer is always rite specially an elder person so has anything change. Sorry but this establishment is just rude and the service is poor !!!! Never again going to...

I have been going to this Dunkin and Donut for years, at 3801 W Belmont. They got a new system, so they stopped all Senior discounts on Special items, which makes no sense. No other Dunkin Donut does this in the city. So I stopped going here completely, and all my friends have stopped as well. There are too many other Dunkin Donuts to go too, without this ridiculous nonsense caused by the owner, installing his new system, only benefiting himself, but not the seniors who have spent alot of money at this Dunkin Donut location for a long time.
