One of the worst experiences I had in this store. This store gives DUNKIN DONUTS & BASKIN ROBIN A BAD NAME. I have actually worked and manage multiple Dunkin donuts and Baskin robins in past and also been in and tried out thousands of Dunkin and Baskin Robin locations.
Atmosphere was very dull and weak - zero energy. There were couple of guests in lobby. Not a clean dine in at all. Then as I approached to the order. There were three female staff members . They all saw me coming in. Anyway after a minute or two, one of them took my order - i feel like she might be a manager or shift leader. Because she had that face on lol. But anyway, There was zero customer service. Very rude , no Hi or how you doing? There was no welcoming of the guests. I felt like I was talking a dead zombie if I'm being real. Zero interest in customers. Food was alright. I'm not gonna lie, hot chocolate was good. That was the only good thing and hash browns too. But after they got the ready and placed it on the counter. Just walked away. The person who hand me my drink actually smiled. That was a bonus. I actually felt good. But looks like the manager was on phone once she took my order instead of actually engaging with guests. They girl who my hash browns put the bag on the counter and turned around right away without making if I need anything . Samething with the person who gave me the almond croissant - she was the one who took my order. She placed the bag on the counter and walked away too . I felt like the entire time, I actuality felt bad for them because they didn't get a good leadership or training. If you don't know how to run a business, please shut it down. Less pain for your guests.
They lack motivation, energy, engagement with guest, customer service skills , and it's like they don't want to be there at all.
It was very sad. It feels like they all gave up.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to customer service was disheartening. I hope this location can improve their service, as I’ve always enjoyed Dunkin' products
My expectations are always too high when it comes to dunkin donuts and Baskin Robin I guess.
As we all have bad days and we all are tired but the energy you put out other specially in Customer service industry really matters.
This doesn't mean , I will stop coming in Dunkin or Baskin. Like I said, because of one location I cannot blame a brand. The people working in their actually give brand this big a very bad name....
Read moreIf I could rate the customer service it would be in the negatives. I just left with a very upsetting attitude that made me regret even going there. There was absolutely no customers inside. I had 4 kids with me that wanted to stop by for some ice cream. Not only was I ignored when I initially arrived with 3 women needed to heat up the eggs(ridiculous). They put the cashier who doesn’t speak English to take my order. She got my coffee order wrong. Remade it but said I was the one that forgot to ask(ridiculous). Proceed to gossip back and forth with the other rude worker as kids grew impatient with the extended wait time while they gossiped in their headsets. No wonder they work at an entry level job. I’ve been dealing with this attitudes quite some time but avoided writing a review. This is the last straw. Even though it’s in my neighborhood, I will not be taking my service here and will be sure to let my family&friends know. Read moreThe worst customer service me and my family has ever experienced, and when confronted with a problem Ms. Dara was extremely unprofessional and at the end of the day nothing was solved. We ordered a drink and it was the completely wrong drink, we went back around through the drive thru and received attitude and were accused of ordering the wrong item, Dara even stated that her 2 other employees heard us order the drink (when I only know the existence of the drink that I had ordered) and I knew I hard ordered what I wanted, she then proceeded to tell me "well what do you want?!" And I stated the correct drink, she then stood quiet for a couple of minutes to which I thought she was reaching out to a manager and she again stated "what do you want? A refund!? " and by that point I agreed because I didn't trust them making the drink again. She then stated that she would give us a refund and then said "oh by the way I need to charge you the 2hashbrowns you ordered since they weren't charged". Never again will I go to this Dunkin Donuts nor recommend anyone...
