Ever since I found out an affordable Latina co-owned studio by Sofia and Nana was coming to my neighborhood I was so excited. I began by taking Zumba with Nana and immediately loved it. This first class inspired me to take additional classes by purchasing a class pack and I went on to take Mixxedfit with Carla and Nana and yoga/pilates with the amazing Sofia. This has easily become a part of my routine three days a week. If you’re looking for a challenge and a distraction from every day life this studio is it! They offer a variety of classes to test your comfort levels and the class packs make it easy to try out every class to find the best fit. Mi Flow Studio has been the answer to my prayers. Nana and Sofia have created a space not only to work out and have fun but to work out at your own pace. Other places can feel intimating and unwelcoming but Mi Flow is the complete opposite. You are always greeted with a smile that makes you feel welcomed and safe. By safe I mean that I am just starting to work out again and I have never felt judged or insecure about where I am at. I would give this studio a 1 million out of 5 if I could. I’ve been coming for a little over a month and I have become so much more confident. I’ve attended other studios for years and haven’t felt as welcomed and loved as I do here.

Mixxed Fit is my FAVORITE class. I’ve only touched the tip of the iceberg and had classes with Shon, Nana, and Nicole. Every single one of them is an amazing teacher, hype person, and new friend. I feel so strong and empowered after every class.
