KFC — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The cashier was rude disrespectful and slow there was a line of people waiting when ask do she have someone that could helps her she smarter mouth say to me that why the kiosk is there so that you can place your order but I'm already at KFC why can't you get someone to help you so I can get back to work I guess this upset her because she then she threw my fries in the bottom of the box place the chicken on top of them which again was rude of her you don't treated you customer this way bad customer service if I haven't been running late for work I would asked for a manager which she most likely would lied and say she wasn't there or I would have requested my money back this is the second encounter with this person a rude,disrespect, racist again me a black senior because the last the time I went there was just like this she was the only cashier no help lots of people and she was very very slow I noticed when she saw me she took more time getting the order but I wanted to see was it me feel no it was her she didn't want to take my order I didn't understand then I did she a racist that why she taking so long she hoping I would leave but a long with everyone else I waited until she couldn't stall any long and has to take my order sa.e treatment rude disrespectful and bad customer servic I was right she's a racist again me a black senior she is a inconsistent cashier I'm a senior the way she did my food was unacceptable and I shouldn't been treated that way get more help in that place or make her a cook but a people person she's not i should be refund my money but you can believe i will not go back POPEYE you might goy a new customer just respect me as a person treated me like I treat you with respect you were just Rude,Disrespectful and Unhappy with yourself...

We have not been to a KFC for many years, due to us being more of a Popeye's follower. As of late, this has changed. Our local Popeyes on Lincoln Avenue changed and changed for the worst. The staff are rude, and the chicken are pigeon sized. There is no value here. We would have stayed if the service was at least good, but no.

Hence we droved past KFC on Kimball and Peterson, just like any other day. Today it was different. It's been a while we had some fried chicken and KFC was right there. We pulled into the parking lot, very small lot, but cozy. Parked the car and walked in. No loud annoying blaring music, just the quiet breeze of chicken, corn and bisuits.

We were greeted by a very unexpected person. His name was Will. He was polite, gracious and very honest. He loved his job and his positive attitude was very uplifting and promising. Most fast food workers, especially when they're understaff are not very pleasant, because they are stressed and miserable. Will took it with stride and was very proud of what he does.

It's been a while since I've seen a fast food worker this pleasant and happy. We did have a very friendly conversation, personally. He is the realy deal. I encourage everyone to bring your business to KFC on Kimball and Peterson. Meet Will. You will not be disappointed.

I came in because it is closest to my job besides Dunkin. I haven’t had KFC in almost 2 years because of a bad experience. I ordered the Regular Chicken Sandwich and Fries. The manager Maria made sure to greet me when I walked in. She made sure to verify my order and my difficulties. I asked for honey mustard and extra pickles after I paid (idk if that’s an extra charge) Maria didn’t hesitate to oblige. I used to work in food service. So I throughly appreciated Maria being self aware and making sure to wash her hands after touching money even though she was going to ware gloves anyways. The store was very clean. It got busy and Maria wasn’t affected. Taking orders, tendering cash, working fliers, making orders and handing all orders out. She made it seem effortless. Like some sort of dance. Impressive. Now for the food. Most of us might have Popeyes chicken sandwich in our heads when we think of them. I can genuinely say that it is better than Popeyes and here why… Same quality for half of the time. Popeyes always take far too long even if there is only one customer. The fries were so damn good. This experience changed my mind I’ve gone from avoiding KFC to planning on eating...
