Jan 8 2022 ; after long day at work , I decided to call to place and order and the guy on the phone said it b ready for pick up in “20”min . I arrived at 25 min , store its packed and my order was not ready . Said it b 5 more minutes . I waited inside and literally waited for 1 hour ! I would see people come in and go when walking in for purchase who hadn’t ordered ahead. When mentioned to staff why are people who didn’t order ahead walking out with pizzas and not the ones who did ordered they would just take a look at how much longer for our orders(( I wasn’t the only one asking )) . I wouldn’t have been upset if whoever picked up the phone said there was a longer wait for pick up . They kept giving run arounds. I finally get my pizzas , I ordered crazy breads as well and I didn’t get them so I tell the guy I had crazy breads too so then he gives me them . I go home , have family ready to eat and the CRAZYBREADS were CHEESEBREADS ! lord was I upset I legit wanted to cry because wtfff . At this point I was so over it . I get it was busy day for them as well but we are paying for what we ask for . I was literally the last one at the store along with another female who had also been waiting for an hour and was extremely mad . ((She was there before me )) . So there was no rush to get my breads why couldn’t he check properly !! . I didn’t call nothing I was over it . Today I go in again Bevause you know my child loves pizza and request it every weekend . I mention to the cashier to please make sure I’m getting crazy breads because I was here last week and I got the wrong breads . All she said was “ well we are busy sometimes “ girl what ?? Yea I know that but definitely not the answer she should’ve gave . I wasn’t giving attitude I was just making sure I got my order right . LITTLE CEASERS train your stafff right . When they see their busy and can’t handle let them know to give themselves extra time and tell customers the actual wait or you’ll always have angry customers ....
Read moreI really don't like having to leave negative reviews, and all the staff I've talked to here have been really nice and understanding, but I have never, never, NEVER gone to this little Ceasers and waited less than 45 minutes. And the 45 is on a good day.
More often than not I end up sitting and waiting for around an hour for one single topping, $5 pizza to the point where I was even asked once "What are you even waiting for?" because they had apparently forgotten I had ordered and given my order to someone who had just walked in, meaning I waited another 30 minutes til they made another one. There was even one memorable occasion where it took over 2 hours to get my food (though the cashiers were really nice about the whole thing and did comp me a soda to apologize).
This has escalated to the point where I've started only putting in pick up orders over the app and -since it's only a 8 minute walk from my house- only leaving when I get the notification saying my order is done so I can at least spend the hour wait (as opposed to the 22 minutes I'm told after putting my order in) in the comfort of my own home instead of sitting on an uncomfortable bench praying my phone doesn't die I've been stuck here so long. Again.
All in all it's not a horrible place. Again, the staff is really nice, the space while could use a good mopping isn't concerning levels of dirty, and I've never had an issue with the food itself. But the consistently horrible wait time just drags the whole experience down, so while I won't say it's the worst Little Ceasers I've been in and never order from here again, I do have to stress to consider the wait before going down there, cause your chances of having an in and out encounter are...
Read moreNeed better communication with customers and staff and taking orders. Says they’ll put pizza in portal and will send you a portal code, then they just don’t put it in a portal at all? Email Tells you your order is ready and go up to receive order and the cashier tells you your order isn’t ready and that it’ll be about 5 or 10 more minutes ? No sign anywhere in the place to show where a line should start for customers, so there’s people standing all over the place trying to order and pick up their order- there should be 2 separate lines for order and pick up to be honest to avoid confusion and make it go smoother for customers who ordered ahead of time and just want to pick up. This time they accidentally gave my order to an Uber driver...how? My name is on the order and it says on the ticket that it’s a pick up. How do you accidentally give my order to an Uber driver? So I don’t get my order on time that I already paid for and someone else gets delivered the wrong order because of a very silly mistake. Get it together guys - I know Friday nights are busy, but the way you have set it up is just making it a lot harder...
