Marco's Beef Chicago — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I ordered a gyro burger with bacon and drove all the way home to find that the burger had no gyro meat. I phoned and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager. He offered me a credit on my next order. I told him that there would not be a next order. He then offered for me to return the burger and they would remake it. I asked that they remake the entire order because my other food would be cold due to me having to drive back to the restaurant. He offered to remake my fries and told me that the other part of my order would be okay. I demanded a refund in which he said he could not do. He then put me on hold to take another order and I hung up and drove to the restaurant with my entire untouched order. I demanded a refund and told the manager that I did not trust them with preparing my food due to his tone for fear he or someone would do something to my food (ie: spit in it). He became offended because another customer was present. I explained to him that I was entitled to how I felt and that was my opinion. A refund was finally given to me after going back and forth and I was told that if I ever came back that I would be arrested for trespassing. The nerve of threatening a customer due to their error and him being disrespectful all because I demanded a refund. I visit this establishment because it was highly recommended by my sister. I decided to go but I live an hour away. I came anyway took my time drove come all the way out here. I don’t like eating in the car and I wanted to share with the family so I asked him if I can get the Italian beef dry but they can put the juice on the side for me as I want to take it home which is an hour. I don’t want it to be soggy when we get home let everybody choose on their own and extra dollar 50 to hold juice on the side , McDonald’s doesn’t charge me for ketchup to go or mustard. Restaurants don’t usually charge for condiments to go. I asked him why young lady said it’s because of the container what do you know? I just bought some brand new containers at the store or we can’t use that OK can I don’t want a big amount I just need a little 2 ounce 1 oz. sample cup for each sandwich, no they want to give me a Styrofoam and they want me to buy extra to go. I don’t think that’s fair. I ended up at Buona beef and they gave me to go per sandwich. I just think it’s weird it’s already worth coming to spend our money in your establishments. Why hike up every little thing I only wanted an ounce of juice So I left ended up at Buona beef I did initially spend more money on Bona beef, but for me, it wasn’t about the money it was the principal however, I did buy their peppers so I can put it on my Bona...

Googled "Marcos Beef" and came up the this place, I never had an issue with food nor ordering, so I went ahead and put in an order through places.singleplatform.com, which is a link that shows up in their google search, I clicked on "order now" and was brought to a platform "Bringmethat" i put in my order and paid, when my fiancé went to pick up food, they had no such order nor knew of that platform! I paid and it showed on my bank account and everything, got an email of my order and a CONFIRMATION that the restaurant received my order and was starting it. well low and behold when food was ready and my fiancé went to pick up, they had no name for me of food, yet had a female name instead of his name for my order, when clearly shows on my order email the correct name I put they kept saying it was not paid for, when he showed that it was with order number and email that it was paid they kept saying it was not. i will never go to this establishment ever again, even with proof food was paid and order number and name they refused ! i have to dispute with my bank in order to get...
