Unfortunately I visited this location this morning because my daughter wanted a hashbrown. It was busy and slow service. The car in front of me was handed the wrong bag and I just wanted to make sure it wasn't my bag since the man stuck his face in the bag. I asked the girl at the pick up window and she did not understand. Then she asked another girl, then that girl asked another girl, then that girl called over another girl, then finally that girl called over another girl that is a "manager". None of them understood my question. There were 10 girls at the pick up trying to understand me and in the end the manager told me to move because they are busy. It is not my fault if you cannot comprehend a simple question. Your rude behavior is not warranted and does not belong in the workplace. If the girl had verified the order before handing the bag to the customer then the service would go faster. It is not possible to work efficiently when the employees are poorly trained and do not speak english. Leave your attitude at home, it is too early for that at 10am and NO I will not take the bag that someone stuck their head inside. Sorry not sorry.
This morning I stopped by for an egg sandwich and coffee and the same ignorant person was there. She has a rat face and speaks spanish mostly. She had a smirk on her face and then stepped away to make a comment to someone and came with that same smirk. Not sure what her problem is but when I picked up my coffee, there was another lady with a smirk so I am under the impression that they were communicating about my order. Read morePlaced an order in the drive thru today at 4:15 pm. When I arrived at the second window to pick up my food the manager or supervisor looks in my bag and passes it to me. I check my order only to find out I'm short 2 orders of chicken nuggets. I tell the manager / supervisor and he says he didn't prepare my order and asks to see my bag. As if I'm trying to pull a fast one for some nuggets. I give him my bag and he shows the bag to the lady next to him and she puts the nugget orders in the bag. Now I'm confused. Why did the manager/ supervisor look into the bag and pass it to me the first time as if he knew what my order was and didn't notice the nuggets were not in the bag and once I found out there were no nuggets in the bag he quickly passed the blame to his co worker saying " I didn't prepare the order".
