I had gotten to the window with my friend, ordered two orders of nuggets. It came out to $4 with some change and we were even amazed and even considered going around again. The speaker guy had said “so whats your order” (guy with glasses and wavy hair) with a tone after saying I wanted 4 sauces. I came to the second window and when the hispanic lady with black hair working at the window said “Can I see your receipt” as I go to give it to her the wind blew my receipt and I couldn’t get it anymore. She caught an attitude and said “what was your order” we tell her and she tells me that i didn’t pay for one but I told her it was within the receipt “buy one add one” the crew got upset because the main guy got the order confused and I felt like it was taken out on us. We get our two order of nuggets $ we are checking for the sauces and we see that we are missing two and we tell her and she’s like “thats why i asked to see your receipt” but to me its like one you just seen it blow away & second as a person that knows how the industry works can’t you just reprint the receipt? she was like well if you want the sauces give me one back and ill give one but to me its like I understand but this was something that I thought was in the receipt and we both seen it in the screen before we payed, at the end its not my mistake and I don’t know why it was taken out on us. They say to pull over to hand me the reprint of the receipt so we did, the manager comes out and hands me the receipt and says “Have a good day” just cold cut like that…. and I was so baffled that I was like “wait” he said “if you want to order more you can go around” but like I said shouldn’t you be honoring that service if its was your employee that messed up in the front. This experience was definitely disgusting act of character. I know we have things going outside of work, I know you guys are tired but that does not give you the right to be rude or have that type of energy towards your customers. Read moreThe one star is generous enough. This McDonald's has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It was Monday around 1am and my sister and I decided to order uber eats. We ordered 2 McChickens, 10 piece Chicken nuggets and large fries. We got our order about 15 min later and we open the bag and the whole order was wrong. We got an artisan grilled chicken sandwich with the fries. So we called McDonald's to get a solution and the manager in charge LUCIO, was very very rude. We explained the situation and his response was, "I can't do anything because Uber Eats picked it up so it's their problem." Like how is it Uber Eats problem. We continued to discuss and he told me he couldn't leave the store because he was the ONLY one there. He couldn't give us our refund or meal unless we drove there. Dude it was 1am! I was pissed and annoyed so I drove because it wasn't fair to my sister to loose the $15 charged for a meal we didn't get. I get to the drive up window and there are 3 other people in the building. I even repeated to him about what he initially said and he didn't respond to me. He gave me my money back but only $12. I informed him I was going to talk to the district manager because they happen to be a very close family member to me. This isn't the first time it an issue has arose here. The way he handled it was very unprofessional. Didn't give us a solution nor tried to pursue one. I've never had a horrible experience and it horrifies me that there are managers like this around. Read moreMaria is 1 of the most unpleasant, unprofessional manager that i have ever dealt with! So i ordered my food thru the drive thru, everything was correct on the screen. When I finally get the food, everything was wrong, from the drinks to the food, then had me pull to the side, the came out with cold ice mocha instead of hot, regular coffee is missing, my fries are also missing, tolf the employee who brought out some of the drinks that i was still missing my fries. & he ignored me, after waiting 15 mns outside, I decided to go in to get my fries, I spoke with Maria the Mgr, & she decided to insuate that the fries where in the bag, i then told maria if she really thought that i would be waiting for over 15 mns to get an extra order of fries for free while my $40 order of food got cold, so with her bad attitude she shoved an order of fries into my hands and said I gave you a large order of fries instead of a medium order, I then told her that all my food was now cold, she shrugged her shoulders at me and walked completely away, as if I was no1, did not even consider to give me an apology.
