Food is always consistently good, and servers are usually very friendly and fast. But at this location, Teshla (one of the female servers) might need to reconsider her current position...or something.... she was a bit short and rude. While going through the line I had a bowl and 2 side it items. She asked the male server in line (who was busy) 3 times if the spring rolls we were waiting on were for my order, I responded with “yes, those are mine” three times as I knew the male server couldn’t hear her and that he was busy. So I figured I would let her know, then she continued to ask him again if the spring rolls were for my order. She also asked me if I wanted to round up to donate to the children’s hospital I said “I already did” then she was silent and said “so... yes or no?” I responded “I already did” and she says “so no...”. If you were to ask someone “would you like to go get some dinner?” And they respond with “I’ve already eaten”, would the logical thing be then to assume that since they’ve already eaten dinner that obviously they want to go out and eat some more? No. If I’ve already donated money and my response was that I’ve already donated, why would you be confused on whether or not I wanted to donate? If I wanted you to round up to donate I would have just said “yes” not “I already have”. I...
Read moreRarely do I ever have an awful experience with delivery’s but this company decides to leave their deliveries in the hands of one of the worst third parties out of all of them, doordash, I order something 2 hours ago and don’t even get any tracking and call to find out my food is still there, there’s plenty of other places, almost two hours have passed and my food still isn’t here, why offer delivery and schedule a time it gets here and they can’t even get someone to pick the order up? Express and dash shouldn’t be in either names, order your Chinese from Li Hing instead, they use their own drivers and you can avoid situations like this, I’ve been on hold for so long and hung up on twice, this needs to stop it shouldn’t be happening this often. Read moreI drove 40 minutes in traffic to this location after 12 hours of physical labor and no meal. This location staff treated me with what felt like blatant disrespect. I stood in line to place my order and someone started yelling across the whole restaurant, I assumed someone forgot to pay or left their order at the register. After a while I realized I was being yelled at because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I looked around and noticed other customers not wearing a mask. I answered that my doctor said that I can’t wear one.
