Id give a ZERO if I could!!!!

A pizza (well done) and "screamers" were ordered for delivery at 11:30pm Sunday May 27th. The order was delivered at 12:02am.

The pizza was raw!! It was disgusting and inedible. I did not order food on a 90+ degree night just to turn my oven on to finish cooking it.

The poppers we're obviously not fully cooked either!!

I called.. Jessica told me it's too late to get a new order, I can only receive a credit to my account because they don't know how to refund money. We had problems with this restaurant a while ago and stopped ordering from them but since they were the only ones open we figured we'd give them another shot and this is what happened.. I don't want to waste any more time or money on them. Jessica told me to call back Tuesday and talk to the manager Jeff because he could do a refund.

I called back Tuesday and spoke with Jeff who told me since it's been two days he cannot do a refund. He then told me that refunds are above his head and I'd have to wait until tomorrow to talk to an owner. I asked what the owner's name was.. he got bent out of shape and told me that he is not going to do a refund because I kept the food. I told him he could send somebody over here to get the food out of the trash in the alley and his response was what do I want with two-day-old food? This was a five minute conversation that went nowhere then Jeff hung up on me.

I called back and asked for the owner's name.. she put me on hold for 5 minutes then came back and said that she doesn't know why her manager Jeff would not answer.. she will take my number.. it's against the rules for her to give out any...

We ordered a pizza 12/15/19 at about 5pm for dinner. A large pizza, salad, and clams. We've order from other Suparossa's and have never had an issue; however this time at this specific location, I found a hair baked into the cheese of the pizza, I didnt make much of a fuss about it as it happens in the food industry. So I calmly called and spoke with the manager (Jeff), and he stated that no one was in the kitchen cooking with the description hair I had given. He stated it could've happened in the morning with the cheese prep crew. He said they could re-make the pizza or credit the cost of the large pizza to a future order, to which I agreed (future credit). We put that section of the pizza to the side and ate from the opposite side. Later that night I threw up my pizza and salad that I had eaten, I figured maybe it was my mind playing tricks on me and that it might've been just the fact that I was grossed out by the pizza that had hair in it. So again, I shrugged it off and went to bed. The next morning my mother in law called to let me know that she too, had been throwing up as well. Once she told me that, I knew it was no longer a coincidence. We usually order from this place a lot because we have a big family and everything is usually good app until a couple weeks ago where my husband ordered pizza for him and the kid and it came severely burnt very burnt to the point where it was not edible Then the girl forgot that he even ordered the pizza. The pizza was sitting there for about an hour or so. I'm guessing they repeated it to the point where it got very burnt. This picture doesn't do it justice no whole entire pizza was ruined They did, however, send an extra pizza, but then they had a confrontation between the driver and one of my sons where he didn't want to let the pizza go if they didn't pay for it, which in fact it was already paid for bad communication there. Then last night he ordered some wings which were OK. They were good and he ordered a salad which was OK. But my stuff shells were completely dry. I had to add my own sauce from home on to it. Because it was so dry that the noodles didn't even wanna cut through the knife. I'm kind of disappointed. Because usually this place is good but I don't know what's happening.$10 for these canolis????? With hershey syrup tossed on them?
