While the store is pretty cool, the guy who works there, Josh, is a complete jerk! We live 30 minutes away and I have 2 boys 19 & 21 that don't drive because of Aspergers and recovered Traumatic Brain Injury. They rely on me to take them places. I know the store closes from 3-3:30 and so I plan my errands around THAT time. I dropped them off, went to meijer and they were ready at the cash register at 2:50 when I got there to pay for their stuff. I was told I had to come back at 3:30 because the register was already shut down for lunch. Excuse me? Lunch time is from 3:00-3:30, I explained I wouldn't be able to wait because I have a daughter getting off the bus and had to leave, Josh was a jerk and said he couldn't do it. WOW, never in my life have I felt like a small business owner DIDN'T CARE ABOUT A SALE! Worst customer...

At the risk of my post falling between the cracks I’m going to hope that it’ll help someone out. I absolutely love stopping into the shop and try to hit it up anytime I’m in the area. The manager is very knowledgeable about the game and all of the different armies contained. Sometimes something comes up and the shop doesn’t open for some reason or another, this is because each store only has the one employee, but in these cases Jimmy is always posting on the stores Facebook page to let everyone know. If you’re making a long drive to go, check online before you leave. Last summer they were shut down for two weeks because the A/C went out. Staff was very friendly and greeted me warmly when I came in. Offered to help me find whatever I might be looking for and then gave me space to browse once it was clear that's what I was there to do.

I really appreciated how engaged a young boy and father who came into the store while I was browsing. Same warm friendly greeting and talked with the dad and answered l all of his questions about the current state of the hobby (the dad used to play 40k), and never pressured him to buy anything. I really like that soft approach.
