Today we decided to go to panda as my wife had received an email offer for a buy one get one free bowl. Upon arrival we noticed 6+ cars in the drive-thru so I go inside to place our order. In the entire dining area there were maybe 2 other tables of patrons with nobody else in line and thatâs it. There appeared to be roughly 6 staff members on duty. I was immediately met with âJust a moment and weâll be right with you.â Understanding the drive thru was backed up I was patient and was able to place my order within a few minutes. Upon getting to the checkout I let the staff know I had an in app offer that I would like to use, tried scanning it, only for it to not work. The worker called over the 1st team member to help. I was immediately questioned asking if this location was participating. I showed both of the staff the offer and advised there was no indication it did not include them. The helper told the initial staff member to get the manager. The manager came over and took my phone to begin reading the offer and the associated t&câs. She then began questioning me again asking if there was any notice of a start date for the offer. I showed them the offer yet again, advised it was still active until 12/8 and thereâs zero indication itâs not able to be used at this location. The manager asked me to show them the email my wife received- even with the offer showing in their app in front of their face. I told the staff my wife was in the car with our baby. They told me to âhave her send a screenshot.â My wife then traded me places since she received the offer and I went to sit with our infant child in the car. The manager ended up telling my wife that because they could not get the QR code to scan, they were refusing to honor the reward/offer Panda is advertising to us in the app/email and the âbest they can do is 20% off.â The entire reason we went there was because of the offer pushed to us from the corporation, who then refused to honor the offer.

   Read moreOrdered take out around 1800 . Needed to make a quick stop and then figured the pickup time the website gave me of 1830 wouldnât be hard to meet. I got stuck at my stop for longer than expected and walked in at 1856 and didnât see my order on the board. I waited patiently until the next available employee was over by the take out orders and gave her my name and said I didnât see my order on the board or in the takeout section. She checked it and proceeded to say they finished my order at 1830 and put it out. I told her I understand and Iâm sorry for running late but I donât see the order. Short story long, my order was stolen. Then she proceeded to holler at me that I was going to have to wait because of the current online orders and they didnât have the stuff I ordered. The thing is I didnât mind waiting but didnât appreciate that she made it my fault that my order was stolen. Thereâs only 12 meat options and zero vegan/vegetarian options but ANYWAY⌠I love the chow mein and super greens. I ordered that in the drive thru one day and got chow mein and fried rice (with egg - I donât eat egg), so I called them to see if I can get a refund, and they said theyâll replace it and to just bring my receipt. So I go inside the restaurant to order the next week and everyone was very nice and I got fresh cooked super greens. I love how open and clean everything is inside. The people are so nice and helpful. I went again today and it was so such a good experience! I think the store should offer a tip option when paying. I like to leave a tip for good service, which is what I got both times I walked in, but I donât carry cash.
