Update 5/06/19: Ordered two cokes two fries on the app. The order was put in at 3:53pm and received my extremely simple order at 4:11pm. 18 MINUTES Wtf. Drinks they can make in a few seconds, easy. And they're always supposed to have fries on hand. This should have been completed in 5 minutes or less, but it took 18 minutes. I called around the 12 minute mark and was told that they were busy. F that. They made us and another woman wait because they didn't want to walk outside. And she was there long before us. So who knows how long that poor lady waited. 2/07/19: Okay so they've reverted back to being awfully slow. My last visit was just for drinks and it still took 15 minutes just sitting in line. It's so frustrating to see them get better and then somehow get so back again. ONE GOOD THING: The employees are so nice. I've never had an issue in that area here. 12/16/18: The drive through is still crazy long and slow. So I went inside to order my two drinks and an apple pie. After I ordered I stood around for 10 min waiting for my apple pie to be microwaved or whatever they do to it. Only to find out it was placed on the counter already. The screen said my order was still being made the whole time. Frustrating as hell. THE ONE GOOD THING THOUGH: First and Second shift are so much faster and better than Third at their jobs. I can actually expect to get through the drive through in a reasonable time on those shifts.
I placed an order through their mobile order app and was made to wait 25 minutes before they brought us our food. I had to remind them to give us our food.
Okay so I know it is busy around lunch and early afternoon, but our food had clearly been sitting on a counter for at least 5 minutes because when we received it the cokes were watered down and the fries were cold.
As I said earlier I had to call them to remind them that they hadn't brought out our food. When they brought them they also brought out the food for the woman next to us as well, and she had been there since before we got there. So who knows how long they...

My APP told me to go through the drive thru only, it was 2:30am, there was only ONE car in front of me, it took a long time for them to even answer them, I pulled up and after about 4-5 minutes I said " HELLO" is anybody there?? Hello, waited another minute and NOTHING!! So I pull up to the window and waited AGAIN,the drive threw WINDOW that's open 24 hours is CLOSED, I knocked on the window and FINALLY an employee said, Well she(Lady Manager with black hair said you HAVE to walk In", That she was STILL making the order, which by the way was THREE drinks, one a flurry, I parked walked in and I'm the ONLY person standing there! I said Hi! I'm here to pick up an order??? The Manager STOOD there ignoring me with her back to me!! I couldn't BELIEVE the severity of disrespect, there were about 5 other employees, 2 of which day me, he was standing there yawning. , other guy pacing, I said i'll make the large sweet tea to help? No answer, I said I'll have to stand here and report being Ignored, THEN another Dasher walks in, & immediately greeted, handed her order, and was out door! I said Hold on, I got 3 drinks here, I have no problem walking in even though I'm not complaining I have no cartilage in either knee, it's not others fault! At this time the Manager who Stood there saying only her "feet hurt" ignoring me for 15 more minthad walked away!! The guy FINALLY handed me my order, that had BEEN ready the WHOLE time. Tell that Manager I never did anything inappropriate, my app from door dash said go through drive thru and was never disrespectful, I offered to help, I showed empathy, kindness, something the woman MGR at corner of Allison and 62 in Jeff had then, only meanness was there for 15-20 minutes, my order for a customer SIT there atno onesaid ANYTHING!!!! i have forgave her, & employees who seemed terrified of retaliation.    Read moreI today went through the drive thru and I used my $1.50 off on a large frappe with no whip cream and no drizzle which brought my total to $3.31 I pulled up to the window to pay the kid did not ask me my order but he just scanned my card which was a PayPal card and I had exact amount to cover that with a little bit of cents left over, and then for some odd reason he accidentally charged me for someone else's order which was for two fries and then he proceeded to ask me if I had another type of payment and I said no I do not because that was the payment I had that was all I had and it was enough to get my item so then the manager had to get involved and apparently it did not print a receipt and all this other stuff and I'm looking at my PayPal account and it's showing that the money went through and put my account at $0 and I was frustrated because I have no other money and I was out a frappe too I found that disgusted and I was irritated so then I proceeded to let them know that then just make me a frappe and we'll call it a day the manager said that he could not do that and I proceeded to say well I obviously paid for something and I'm not getting it and there's a problem here we should fix it and then he tried to tell me that and 72 hours there will be a refund on my account which I'm clearly looking at my account now and it says that my order was completed it does not say pending it does not say refund coming none of that stuff and I find that ridiculous so I'm going to wait for 3 days and if I do not get my refund I am going to court over this and I will win this lawsuit cuz I will sue them.
