Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

I would not recommend this place. We came approximately 20 minutes before closing time and their credit card machine was broken as they had a sign on the door that said cash only. While ordering their cash register stopped working and they would not even take exact change and sell us pizzas. Myself and another customer had to leave even though we had cash in hand and exact change. They said they need to clean up even though it was before 8:00 p.m. the matter was brought to on-site manager Steven as well as the manager the next day or shift leader the next day Sam and both were unpleasant to deal with and unprofessional. Additionally, we saw them throwing dough back and forth behind the counter after they locked the doors. I am sure the dough was heading for the trash ultimately but disconcerting to see through the glass doors and quite disappointing after the poor service. I went back on two more occasions and was met with unprofessional service. Other locations are better and we've never had a problem in New Albany Indiana but would highly recommend NOT patronizing this facility 10th Street at Jeffersonville. I tried to contact the overall manager and deal with them directly but they would not pass along my name nor have I received any communication from them even after three...

Played golf today at Seneca GC by Bowman Field. Told my wife while I was driving I’d call in a pizza. From Cannons Lane across the river and all the way down 10th street I called multiple times. Never received an answer. Voice mail not set up either. When I arrived I walked in. Not a soul there. A young girl in back steps out while eating and says do you have a call in order? I said well, I tried to have one but you aren’t answering your phone. She then took my order and another young girl who had her makeup done so she looked like a Japanese anime character came out and assisted. They were done quickly, the pizza was good as always and the price is right. The fact they can’t answer though and have it ready when I walk in is a poor testament to their business model. We buy one or two pizzas a few times a month and love them. I suppose had I not been driving and ordered on an app the girls may have seen it. But answering a phone must be too archaic for them. If I could give them no stars it would be more accurate. Our first bad experience was our first online order. We ordered the chicken with herb with no tomatoes, no onions and different sauce. I and my husband are allergic to the sauce and tomatoes. When we picked it up it looked fine, once we got it home, cooked and cut it we realized there were an excess of onions and a few tomatoes in it as well as two different kinds of sauce. We had to throw the whole thing out. Our second bad dealing with them was our family night. Our children love their pizza. We arrived to the store 15 minutes before closing and the door wax already locked and the security lights were on inside. There were two people inside cleaning. One of the children suddenly pointed out that the people inside cleaning we not wearing shoes. It was horrible. We haven't been back to this specific store since.
