I wish I could leave zero stars. The experience we had at the store was terrible. We pulled into the parking lot around 8:20 PM when normally their store closes at 9:30. When pulling into the parking lot immediately, one of their employees walked up to the front entrance and locked it. We were unsure what happened so we called the store and were sent to voicemail after witnessing the two employees that were working watch the phone ring to voicemail. We then came in contact with another couple that was trying to do the same thing and order a sandwich, but when they walked to the door, the door was locked. We finally got on the phone with one of the employees who told us that the manager had let them know to close at 8:30 due to weather. When we arrived at the store, it was not 830 or even a minute close to it. Overall disappointed at the immaturity subways employees portray. Read moreI had came into this subway with mid to no expectations based off off past experiences with other subways but this employee made my day with his tremendous services at the subway in meijer drive. I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . He went above and beyond to make this sandwich with love and care and I respect and love him for that . The exotic was winning but he helped me get back in the fight and thank you for that...

He smiles, looks at customers in the eyes, he's quick, professional, excellent multitasker, calm, not easily overwhelmed under pressure, leads his staff pretty good, knows how to give commands in a way that those under his leadership listen, knows how to answer questions while working without distraction, knows the company he's working for, not afraid or nervous, seems to always be ready.
