I used to go here with my family a lot and the food was good in the early 2000’s. I started noticing the quality of their food declining sharply in the past 8 years. Their water always had a film of some oily remains indicating poor sanitation. Recently I got chicken corn soup from them. I don’t know what it was but to me, it did not look or taste like chicken. I researched fraud in the Chinese restaurant industry and the meat matched the description of rodent meat. It smelled smoky and it was pink and slimy and the shape of the food was nothing like chicken. See for yourself and please be careful if you still decide to eat there. WONDERFUL staff. First thing I'd like to mention is the speed at which they get the food to you. You order and like 5 minutes later you get your food, comparable to the likes of fast food restaurants. Second, the food is phenomenal, especially at the given price range. The meat and rice was fresh, the hot and sour soup is perfect for warming up the body on a frigid afternoon. Third the restaurant was generous in giving extra amenities on top of the food you order, ex: sliced oranges after you've finished your meal. The staff was very kind, quick, and courteous. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting a fresh quick meal. Only complaint would be the limited parking, but hey,...

I was planning to try Chinese kitchen, and Amin's place was in my "want to go" list. While passing in front of it, i saw and tagged it.

First of all, they don't have dine in :( and they accep only cash. From the window, you give your order. Their service is very quick. They told me my order would be ready in 10min and it was ready before it.

I ordered two different dishes. Both were delicious. Aspecialy the red sweet sauce was very good (I don't know what it is). Most importantly, their price are very good. One plate is more than enough for one person, and the price is less than $9 😮😯😲😳
