China Garden — Restaurant in Jersey City

Hii I want to share my experience with every one in jersey city I just recently ordered Chinese food by phone from the lunch menu the total coat was 6 $ dollar's but the menu priced it 5.95 ¢ cents it's a 5 ¢ cents difference. Now I know it may seems as I'm a penny pincher but I'm I'm thinking tje menu prices has changed so when I get to the store the menu stated that the price was 5.95 ¢ cents so why would the lady lie and say 6.dollars Woww over. 5 ¢ cents but wait it gets better than that as I picked up my order I asked the lady for a plastic bag and she replied it's going to cost me 25 ¢ cents and I told her by law it's only 10 ¢ cents why are you over charging me as she whispered no it's 25 ¢ cents and then I looked at the bags and it isn't even ♻ recycled.bags she's using the same regular bags as from before and the law states that businesses must have the new recycle bags and they apparently don't and their over charging all of our customers it's not fair all of us tax paying citizens have to pay a price for the new plastic bags but those businesses can over charge all of us tax paying citizens I'm never going their again p.s. they just lost a good...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use to order here but I’m guessing who’s ever on the phone are always in a bad mood. Have no respect, either way they never put forks or even give you the right amount of sauces. They get upset if you don’t give them enough tip. On top of that when your paying card aren’t you suppose to ask for 3 pacific things? Card number, expiration and the 3 numbers on the back? Last time too, I wanted to pay in card and they hung up so fast that I couldn’t give them my card info, delivery guy came and luckily I had cash. Same thing repeated, I gave them my card he said decline. But said it so RUDE. But I knew nothing was wrong with my card i had money in it. So instead i just ordered from Uber eats. This use to be my place but not anymore 💁🏽‍♀️...

‼️‼️Beware dont order from here! If I could give a zero rating I would!! Would have ordered $80 worth today but because of your rude customer service I wont. Let the man take your phone calls he was much better then. So today the lady answered my call and she just screamed non stop when she wanted to get her point out about the kind of chicken they serve!! Like what the heck are you screaming at me??? I didnt even fight back I just hang up the phone I dont want to sweat and waste my time. Boycott this place!
