Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

This place just makes me laugh anymore. The service is so terrible it amazes me how it's still open. I've been coming here for about 2 years just because it's on my dog walk and really the only one conveniently located for me. Today epitomizes what I've been facing for the past 2 years. I placed a mobile order for literally one donut. I waited 12 minutes to be told that they don't have that donut. So I asked what donuts they have. After listing a couple I said oh I'll have that one only to then be told that they don't actually have that donut. What? So all in all, with what I counted as three workers and another one coming on shift, with only one person in line, it took 15 minutes to get one donut. Oh and a little advice, don't place mobile orders. They'll still let you order the whole menu but if they don't have what you order, they refuse to give you a refund. I've spoken to the manager through email about this who assured me that he reminded them they could give refunds only to later be told that the manager explicitly told them not to issue refunds and to tell us to take it up...

Me and my wife went to have coffee and desserts. There was a person in the restroom who was screaming and carrying on for 15minutes. When he came out, we was a large Male who was totally on drugs. He was soaking wet. And had no idea we he was. We asked the employees to call the police. They handled themselves. We really felt our lives were endangered, when he came out. We will take this to corparate, this was not handled properly, and put many customers lives in danger. Maybe Dunkin Donuts doesn't want bad publicity, but in this case, they jeopardize our lives. The man had totally destroyed the restroom, at which point they had to close the restroom. We will no longer go back to this...

I been coming to this establishment for years bc my Doctor is across the street, and the service is usually great, but today was different while I was talking to one of the employees undecided about my order, another employee name (annie) came and removed all the change from the cup I think is for donations, like I was going to steal or something. I asked the male employee that I was speaking to first why she did that,he shook his head surprise and said Idk. I think that was sooo unexceptable , and I wanna make...
