Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

Service is zero, Sunday 1:05 pm , 4 ladies behind the counter, slow motion, only looking to the customers they dont want grabbing customers , it was a lady & her kids in a line asked for 1/2 dozen of donuts & drinks each one of the kids wants choose a donut , I was next in the line I asked one of the lady , would you please make for me small regular, she said NO , and the girl she was helping the lady & the kids holding the line & the cash register, she said to her don't do it, so I left the store ,this is bad service not nice no respect at all , where is the manager, should the company watching this store , view the camera, this a was bad experience, I swear I never been in situations like this leaving DD without baying, or people treate you bad , for all my friends or people I know , don't go...

Ordered one matcha latte and five regular coffees and lattes on the app. Got 2 matcha lattes. This is the first time I’m putting a review about this location, but it isn’t the first time the orders were wrong. I checked the labels as there were many drinks and I obviously was rushing so I ordered via app for pick up. Well, labels are right! But the order is wrong. Not the first time either! Other times they make a cold (iced) drink for me when the order was a hot one. So I have to wait for my order, which often times takes five or more minutes when one specific lady is there who talks too much instead of just making the drink. I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 11+ years. ’ve been tryin to get the Halloween bucket since Friday. My sister went and the owner Rosa told her to go Saturday. I went Saturday the Asian lady told me no. I went again today Sunday and the Asian lady proceeds to tell me she can’t sell it to me without the munchkins. As I am getting my food from the opposite side I overhear her talking to her coworker. Her coworker asked her why can’t you just sell her the bucket? The Asian lady, which is I’m assuming is the manager says no we’re not doing that. Which means to tell me she could have sold me the bucket I was willing to pay for the bucket.
