Usually a pretty reliable location. But on my most recent visit, I was overcharged on my order using the drive thru. I used a coupon so the amount + tax is always the same. I heard the wrong total at the menu board when I made the order and tried to explain the overcharge at the window. They told me please drive around and come in. I did and when inside I explained that I used the coupon and did not order anything else. I was charged for one of the drinks that should have been included. For some reason, they did not understand what the problem was. I used the drive thru because I was in a hurry so coming inside was an inconvenience, but I thought it would be easy to rectify. I didn't realize it was that hard to understand the overcharge. So I cut my loses and left and decided to just send a message on the Burger King customer service link on the website. The people responding on the website are equally inept to deal with the problem. I uploaded a picture of the receipt and copy of the coupon using their buttons on their website to do so. The receipt showed at the info. they needed (store address, store number, order total, etc.) Their first message back was 'please provide the store address, store number, order total, etc.'.... really! I'll try a different location next time or just go to another...

The app showed my order and I get a text indicating that my credit card was charged for the purchase. I go through the drive thru and I'm told they do not have my order and to pull forward to the window. I showed the manager the order and my credit card charge. I also confirmed the address to make sure I didn't place it at the wrong location. The manager would not over ride the issue and fulfill my order. She said I had to call customer service to get a refund... Automation is happening, and all the companies want us to use their apps, but when there is an error in the system, the customer should still come first. I did receive a refund after having to take the time to call and explain the situation. I ended up eating at home... leftovers... sure wanted...

When I went to go get my order the lady pretty much just threw my order all over the counter and stuffed it all into one bag I asked for extra ketchup and mayonnaise and the manager handed me a total of four catchup packets and to mayonnaise packets for the entire order. I then asked for a handled bag And the manager lied and said he didn’t have one and when I told him I had just seen him hand a handled bag to a previous customer he didn’t know what to say.
