Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Do Not Eat Here I have loved Little Caesars Pizza for Decades, but I will never go to this location again. Two weeks ago, I ordered a Deep Dish Supreme pizza online, picked it up and went straight home. When I opened the box, I discovered a mangled and deformed mess of a Pizza. It looked like someone ripped it into pieces, the bottom was gooey and missing in places, and it was grossly under-cooked. I was shocked but chalked it up as a one-off mess up. I Over the years Little Caesars had always been consistent in their quality. While not gourmet, it was delicious with a crispy crust that would provide that satisfying crunch when you bit into it. Yesterday, I had skipped lunch so was starving by the time dinner rolled around. I decided to get my Deep Dish Supreme, my go-to when I’m feeling Hangry. I showed up and Paid while I was waiting for it to finish. Since I had that disappointing experience two weeks prior, I made sure to open the box and check the condition of the Pizza before I left. Yet again, I was met with a complete and total horror of a Pizza, virtually identical to the previous one, if not worse. I asked the checkout lady, “Is it supposed to look like this mangled mess?” She replied “Sometimes it gets stuck to the Pan.” No Apology, No Eye-Contact, No Empathy. I could sense frustration that I even opened it in front of her. I stood there in shock staring at it. I am not one to make a scene, and I was starving, not wanting to wait another 20-30 minutes to get what seemed at that point would be another total debacle of a Pizza. In that short moment I decided I would take it home and just eat it, but never return to this Little Caesars location. When I arrived home, after taking a picture of the condition of the pizza for this review, I attempted to scrape it on to a baking sheet so I could FINISH cooking it. I couldn’t even do that because there was virtually no bottom to it, and it was falling apart, sticking to the pizza box. My wife came into the kitchen and witnessed me struggling, and frustrated, and then decided to take the pizza back for a refund. The same cashier, who when asked identified as the Store Manager, AGAIN offered no apology. She argued with my wife that since we received such a bad pizza 2 weeks ago, why we then ordered the same thing again, saying that there were plenty of different places we could get Pizza from, even naming Pizza Hut, and Dominos as good options! This from the Manager! What an absolute and total disgrace! We will, of course, take her advice and never spend another dollar at this Little Caesars location. While my wife was going to return the pizza, I ordered 2 Medium Dominos Pizzas, and they were wonderfully cooked, crispy, and delicious. This location does not care. They have Zero concern for the quality of the product they serve their patrons. They have Zero concern for the Brand they represent. Warning ⚠️ ‼️I strongly advise against ordering from this location when the manager is present. He will sell you an old pizza and falsely claim that it is fresh. This is precisely what happened to me. I placed an order inside the store and waited for over 15 minutes. I observed another person who ordered after me receive their order before mine, despite the fact that I only ordered one pizza. When I inquired about the status of my pizza, the young lady at the front went to look for it. However, she was unable to locate it. She then asked the manager, who was working in the back pulling pizzas out of the oven. He went to look for my pizza and pulled out a pizza, stating that it was my order. Upon opening the pizza, I noticed that there was no smoke emanating from the box. The cheese appeared burnt, and the pizza looked cold. I even touched the pizza, and it was cold. The manager insisted that he had just pulled it from the oven. I was shocked that he would lie so blatantly. I even asked him to touch the pizza to feel its temperature, but he refused and continued to claim that it was fresh. His own staff, including the lady who was making the pizza, agreed with me that the pizza was not fresh. I demanded a refund. As I was about to leave, both young ladies acknowledged the situation and offered to remake my pizza free of charge. I told them I would wait outside, as I had been standing for a long time waiting for a fresh pizza that I never received. As I was waiting in my car, one of the young ladies came and informed me that the manager had denied their request to remake my pizza. She insisted that I contact the general manager and file a complaint. I would like to commend the two young ladies for stepping up and trying to do the right thing, despite the manager's lack of accountability. Hopefully, the general manager will reach out after reading...

I only leave reviews when it’s really good or REALLY BAD!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE… sad thing is while waiting for my order another customer shared with me the reviews of the place… I pulled out my phone and began reading horrific reviews and disturbing images… still being optimistic my experience would be different..

I was completely wrong… firstly I was the first person to order my food among several and i’m talking about 20 customers in and out after me… not people that places take out orders but stood in like to place orders just like myself and received their orders before me ..

this became very upsetting as i only order two items.. one that should be quote on quote “hot and ready”…

so i had to inquire about my order twice … and both times it was not ready this is after waiting patiently for 20 minutes or so ..

so then i finish get upset and state to the cashier i’ve watched people come in and out that’s order after me why hadn’t i received my order …

he goes to the back and just randomly grabs my order from thin air .. i ask him why was my order in the back and everyone else’s order was brought out to them .. he said they’d barely finished cooking it ..

I don’t believe him .. this because he was very odd and had weird energy upon my ordering my food initially anyway..for whatever odd reason… i’m not loud, rude, ghetto or distasteful at all.. so to be treated as such leads me to believe the previous review I read of this place being racist, even though there are blacks that are working there…

the crew should be replaced… very unprofessional… the food of course was horrible .. i’ve never had such horrible pizza .. my cheese bread has no cheese .. I mean this is totally unbelievable and unacceptable… you don’t just feed people anything ..

we work we have jobs we are feeding families!!! Hire more mature people and not...
