I’ve been eating at MOD for a while, first time at this location and it was the worst I’ve ever been too. There were two gentleman working tonight that had the worst attitude and it showed through my food. Upon entered the gentleman that made my pizza was nice however seemed new because of the manner he was throwing and piling ingredients on the pizza. There were piles of basil, garlic, and seasoning sitting on the pizza and not distributed across the pizza like it’s supposed to be. There wasn’t much effort put into spreading the ingredients, and I didn’t enjoy bitting into piles of bitter seasoning. Then he ripped up the onions like it was paper. Never seen that. Usually they don’t tear the red onions they just lay them on there whole. He seemed a bit short like he was being rushed but there were only a few people in at the time. The guy who put the pizza in the oven had an even worse attitude. He was upset that I asked him to put my pizza in longer seeing as though the crust hadn’t browned yet and the cheese hadn’t finished melting. I’m not sure why they were rushing, it wasn’t like I walked in 5 minutes to close it was about 6:30-6:45pm and no line. When my pizza was ready and he called me, I thought he was speaking to the man waiting at the glass for his pizza when he pulled mine out. After calling out to me again I realized he was telling me that my pizza was ready and he rolled his eyes and shook his head, very frustrated. I get it, a rush could’ve came before I got there and not to say anyone is terrible, but I don’t see going back to this specific location. I still love MODs pizza but this location isn’t the best of food...

I have written maybe 1 bad review years ago. I have always chosen just to let it go. But…Its a shame the customer service is so lacking at this location. First time ordering. Ordered (3) 11” pizzas, salad, and a $3 dessert. Without tip $50. Delivered 25 minutes later than told. Pizza was luke warm. But it was still very good just soggy. Then realized the dessert was not in the bag. When I called the facility I was told I would get a refund. Never asked if I wanted the dessert. Was not given an option. When I asked about just having it delivered the woman “so you want it redelivered?” Me: Yes. I paid for it. I paid a delivery fee. Can you not deliver what I ordered? “Well. Ok. It will be an hour”. Are you kidding me? So I now get what I ordered two hours later? Just refund me. “Ok you will get your refund in 3-5 business days.

Let me make my point clear. I paid for an order. Did not hesitate or question a delivery fee. I tipped the driver $10 on a $50 order. The $3 was not an issue. And the dessert itself was not something that was necessary. But the store’s representative did not offer a solution for the customer or to make it right for the stores mistake. Never offered to send my dessert until I pressed her for the option. And the tone was without a doubt “you really want your dessert delivered?” This leaving the customer without what was ordered and paid for or wait 3-5 days for your money back. Glad the dessert was the only...

This was my first visit to a Mod Pizza location. It has a similar feel as another chain restaurant that has 'Build Your Own', multiple base, sauce and topping options.

The store was very clean and well maintained, a staff member was cleaning tables while I was waiting for my orders. The décor is clean and fresh. Staff were friendly and polite.

I ordered the Build your own with the 11 inch standard base, pesto sauce, multiple meats and vegetable toppings. My wife had an 11 inch standard base with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, chopped tomato (was actually sliced, not chopped as stated online) and garlic. I also ordered a 6 inch standard base with red sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Canadian Bacon.

The first thing I noticed was the toppings were put on Very sparingly, in comparison to the other chain I visited this past week. Our pizzas were cooked well but 'soggy' in the center, which was disappointing. The Pesto sauce had very little flavour, I guess I've been spoilt by the other chain who's pesto sauce was nice and garlicky. The Roasted Garlic didn't really have much flavour either. The toppings themselves were fresh, but had too much liquid, contributing to the pizzas being soggy.

The experience and the business were good, but the pizzas were disappointing. I will only come back if I have no...

I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Ernesto and Juwan! My husband and I went to this location on 6/21/24 around 10:30 pm to pick up our online order. There was a small delay with our order (completely understandable/not a big deal) & Ernesto went above and beyond with how gracious he was. He constantly checked in with us, gave us an update on the wait and was just so considerate. Juwan was incredibly friendly and kind! I just wanted to take a moment to bring attention to the incredible workers you have at this location because they truly deserve to be recognized and valued. Oh and our order was perfect! Thank you!
