I don’t know why I keep coming to this location, but they tend to always screw up my orders. Service: there were multiple voices over the intercom as I usually order drive though. I can tell that the person is not really paying attention. I drive to the window and there 4-5 people laughing, talking, just bull sh!ting around, no one speaks English to me. Get to the second window; same thing, no one speaks English, check my order and I have no sauce for my nuggets and a double cheese burger I ordered is not in the bag. Two people at the window speak Spanish to me and don’t understand what I’m saying. I look at my receipt… I was not charged for the burger, they only got my nugget combo order. So the people having a good ol time taking my order rather screw around while taking orders than listen properly while taking orders. I just took the order and drove off since complaining wouldn’t have helped since from start to end, no one spoke English. Food: order incomplete, I had to ask twice for the sauce. Large fries are usually never filled like the picture on the menus. I’m paying for it,fill it up. I asked for no ice in my drink, and it’s filled half way of ice. The fries were cold and stale and floppy, not golden brown, hot and errect. Atmosphere: seems that the employees were more interested in talking to each other in groups than working. Order was wrong and incomplete, fries were old, drink had ice; so nobody was really paying attention to what they were doing from start to end. Why is the whole crew speaking Spanish to me, not one interaction in English since that what I was speaking. Bad communication, and I could not voice my concerns with my order. This is not the first time my orders are incomplete and wrong. But this location is about the worst ones I’ve been to. -There’s nothing wrong with diversity in hiring practices of people and the culture in world we live in, but proper communication with the customer is important. I want to make a formal complaint! I brought my little 9yr old to celebrate his birthday weekend with his friend at the McDonald store #26639 on 12614 Tomball PKY
We had an awful experience where Roman the manager decided to let his employees come to the play area and attempt to force me to complete the survey from my receipt. When we express we would be able to do it later she put her hands on our personal phones stating that she would just do it cause the customer are not doing it right.
When I expressed that I speak fluent English and I do not need assistance and asked why my option would be wrong. She stated that their scores are low!
As we asked her not to touch our phone the lady continued to the next table and while a father and son where eating she moved the little boy so she can sit down - the little boy finish eating standing up. Took the gentleman phone and completed the survey!
As we sat here only Hispanic customer were target and spanish was spoken!! I guess they didn’t think I am an educated English speaking customer.
My kiddo loves McDonald’s and I would hate to stop coming due to it! But it’s disrespectful, races and ignorant way to get positive services

But every time I come to this McDonald’s by tomball the women at the drive through always always takes my order wrong. Today I pass by the drive through again and I always get the ICED CARAMEL MOCHA and when that lady at the drive through that I’m talking about she always saying that that they don’t sell that when I always get it at McDonald’s. They had me and my family waiting for a coffee for 30 minutes and didn’t bother to come outside or nothing parked us by the window and the employees where taking out other people food but where just passing by us.
