My mother and I normally go to this location for our sandwiches but today was bad. I should have turned around and went to another location when we seen the counter top where they prepare sandwhiches was a mess. Food was everywhere and the meat didn't look fresh nor was it covered. The lady (Yeni) pretended to wipe it off once she seen my facial expression so I gave her a pass. But her attitude was less than satisfactory. She blew as if she didn't want to make our sandwhiches and then had the audacity to throw the veggies & fixings on it, I remained calm while she did this but I was too disgusted by her behavior. FYI ma'am you're in the sandwhich making business if you don't like it move around & find another occupation! On top of that I watched her interact with other patrons and her attitude changed up fast with them, "yes sir, yes ma'am." I'm not sure who owns/operates this subway location but you guys seriously need to have a talk with the two hispanic ladies there...very rude and unsanitary cleaning...

Mistakes happen, ordered from the website this time and even worse. Why does a website give you options if the person working is going to make what they want anyway? Family over today so the order had extra cookies and chips ordered. Not only was the order not correct but my daughter had to call home when she picked up the order to confirm flavors because the correct cookies were not made. And I didn't really care that I couldn't toast my bread bcuz their toaster didn't work. But. When they gave my sandwich to another person. Then had a customer chase him down to his car to give him his right sandwich. That's when it sucked.
