American Deli — Restaurant in Johns Creek

This place will NEVER get another brown penny from me. I hope whoever reads this, not waste their time and money at this place. The cashier rings my order up wrong and notice it’s wrong after I’ve already paid. She was very nice about it, but needed the owner/manager help reversing things. The manager comes out being rude to the cashier, telling her to shut up. The manager continues to be rude basically telling the cashier and I to shut up. So I asked for a refund and told her I would never eat there again. She continues to argue with me and told me I was UGLY and wasn’t EVEN welcomed there. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!!?? She even threatened to print and post my photo. For what? Me not allowing you to be rude while I’m spending my money. She didn’t even want to give me a receipt showing my refund but when I insisted she give me a receipt I figure out she didn’t want to give it to me because she did not refined me all my money. That’s fine. I will dispute it with my bank. I will let all friends, family and neighbors know not to eat here. Please take my advice and not spend your money for...

Before American Deli arrived on Holcomb Bridge, I was a regular patron of a different wings restaurant in Peachtree Corners. That "wingship" ended when AD opened its doors! 😂 I don't even think about the other place anymore; I drive the extra few minutes to American Deli. Gabby, the cashier, is extremely courteous and friendly to every customer. She goes above and beyond to make sure the order is accurate and to point out everything I need. The two young men who do the cooking are excellent! They keep their cooking areas clean, and they always get my wings crispy as I order them. Last night, I ordered the honey garlic parmesan and lemon pepper (sprinkles), but I've also had the sweet chili. My friends ordered the Philly steak and the gyro wrap. Nobody had one complaint. All delicious, down to the very last French fry. 😂 Definitely going back on the regular and highly recommend!

Order was called in at 8:30pm got a call at 8:50 stating they couldnt make my rica because the grill was closed and my order didn’t go through. I walked in and voiced my frustration because there was time to make it. While talking to the little girl Lee the guy starts cleaning the grill after I been there for atlease 5 mins going back and forth. She then states well I gave you 15% off. I told her I have money to pay for my food it’s not about the discount it’s about customer service and the fact that they didn’t even try to consider that. My only options was nothing or chicken and fries. She is not good with her...
