Smoothie King — Restaurant in Johns Creek

I am a true believer in supporting my local businesses however I cannot support this Smoothie King because clearly they cannot support themselves! This is not a matter of short staffing due to the pandemic, this is a matter of only hiring kids who cannot work a second past 9pm so on at least 6 occasions now, I’ve arrived at the store anywhere between 8:24pm-8:50pm and the store is either 1) completely dark and closed, 2) completely dark, lights off, teen sitting in dark waiting for ride, 3) all lights on, door locked, teens hiding in the back, or 4) all lights on, door locked one teen in front cleaning & shaking head no we’re closed. All this despite store hours posted as 9pm every day except Sunday. Also this store has TWICE accepted my online order and when I’ve arrived between the above mentioned times, the above scenarios occurred so I had to drive to another Smoothie King, show my proof of order and be provided a smoothie there which is not another store’s responsibility....

I accidentally ordered a smoothie at this location online, the wrong location. I arrived at another location who attempted multiple times to contact and cancel my order via phone at this location.

This location never answered the phone and there is no feature to cancel an online order.

I drove over 20 minutes to resolve the issue today by requesting a refund or requesting the smoothie I paid for online and never received. I was told by the manager there was nothing she could do.

I was forced to file a chargeback with my credit card company since I never received the smoothie, they never answered the phone so I could cancel my order, and refused to provide a refund or smoothie after driving 20 minutes to this location (I even showed the manager where my credit card was charged twice in the same day for the same...

Very clean and new looking location. I didn’t receive the warmest customer service and I could barely hear the young lady who was checking me out. She then made me the worst smoothie I have ever had at smoothie king. I always get the exact same thing and this time it tasted like ice with a tiny bit of strawberries. It was so bad I wanted to ask her coworker to make me another one but I just took it and left. She put it on the counter in front of me with no eye contact, said nothing and just walked away.
