Arby's — Restaurant in Johns Creek

This is our favorite arbys since moved to Johns Creek but today this associate made us changed our mind of coming back anymore! Pulled up at the drive through trying to figured out what my kids wanted but this lady rushing us up to place our order. Multiple times I had said to give us a few minutes and when we’re ready I’ve to call three times informing them that we’re ready to order. Right when I said I would like to have the number 17 she right away telling me that they have no salad available at all when I verified if and asked why they’ve no salad available, she then right away yelled at me and being furious why I’ve to question her!!!! I pulled up at the window to try talking to this person as I’ve no choice to back up, but she right away put her head out the window like about to attack you super upset and give me a middle finger!!!! My 12 and 6 year old daughter’s was shocked at this associate behavior!, so devastated to learn that this arbys hired this associate who has no clue about customer...

I go to this Arbys quite regularly. It's usually pretty calm and a nice place fairly quite place to eat. Plus, the resturant is very big. Food is great. I tried the three cheese roast beef sandwhich today and it was delcious. The thing I found cool is I asked what were the types of cheese and the person I talked to had little cards of each product next to her, so that it was quick to tell me. I think thats great considering Arbys has a lot of products and it's hard to know what all is in a sandwhich when looking at the menu. In addition, the service is very nice. They are calm, and just doing their best to serve you. The cashier lady was very patient with me and she was kind as we had a little small talk. Plus, we forgot to order an extra dipping sauce and a diffrent employee (who looked like the manager) over heard us talking and gave us a cup on the house. I had a delightful time and I will enjoy coming to that Arbys when I feel like I want something more unique then...

I just went through the drive thru here off States Bridge Rd. I’ve worked nearby for months but never stopped in at this Arbys. I’ve had a hard day today as my sister is in law enforcement and her partner was severely injured during a call this morning. I’ve cried all morning and decided I wanted some emotional support curly fries. The gentleman who was working the drive thru was the MOST kind, helpful, optimistic person I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with in such a short amount of time. He had no idea of the morning I’ve had. He brought my food to my car and went back in to grab me sauce I’d forgot to request, making sure I didn’t feel guilty about it and offering kind words of being blessed and thankful to help me. I feel like the universe made me want Arby’s today so that I could have this exchange and be reminded of the goodness and warmth that still exist around me.
