Imagine you were vacationing on the foothills of a hill on a cozy winter morning and someone brought you a hot cup of tea.

This is the feeling that I had when I sat down for a winter blossom milk tea.

Ambiance: 5/5 - The place is nostalgic for me reminding me of vacations with friends and family. I loved the color scheme and the message on the walls

Service: 5/5 - They go out of their way to help you and explain things to you.

Quality and quantity: 4.5/5: Though I have only tried one drink, the quantity was great. The only reason I deducted0.5 stars was because the boba was not included in the drink but you had to order them separately for 75 cents. Not that I worry about it but this is something people should know about.

Value for Money: 4/5: I think this is great value for money if you are looking for a quick drink in a large cup

So I went to this place on my way back from the Shakerag park without much expectation thinking it would be yet another bob tea place. Run by siblings, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor of this cozy place and that the owners were more than welcome to explain different tea and their recommendations.

I was thinking why the tea was so light and they explained that they use non-dairy milk.

Final Verdict: This is definitely worth another try soon.

Went to this location as the birthday girl got a text about a free drink...will the lady said they can't redeem it?? The girl got the text on her on her bday and came in that same day, but she just said no without an explanation! At the very least, a reason would have been nice. Why would you give out rewards if you can't redeem them?? The worst part is that we always go to other locations, and they never deny subscription rewards. Also, who charges $1.50 for no ice??? .50 for little ice. That is fricken insane considering it's like 2 oz more of milk max. That is fricken crazy, the flowery branch location gave us the reward & there was no up charge for no ice. There are so many other bubble tea shops that don't up charge in the area. If you are going to be so greedy, at least use that money to take down the Christmas decor and clean the place...

It was the worst and wired coffee shop experience of mine. First I asked for hot latte, two young girls looked at each other and didn’t know what to answer so i got it as a NO, then I looked at the menu and saw mocha under coffee list , asked if they had hot mocha and they said yes then I ordered , it took long time to get the mocha and an i ed coffee, when my husband asked for our order he saw the girl sneezed while making the order and not covering the face!! Finally got the coffees and the mocha which was supposed to be hot was not even warm enough, I reached them and asked why? One girl asked another one if she steamed the milk and she replied no, I microwaved!!! I said I don’t want it and they offered me hot tea instead!!! We left and they even didn’t offer me a refund!!
