This place is a scam. They charge mandatory service fee for using their ordering kiosk. When i asked why this service fee and manager told me that it is using kiosk. I told her that they should put some notice at kiosk and advise everyone that there is service fee for using kiosk. However, manager was giving me false information like we charge less tax on kiosk vs if you order it counter. Also, she told me that there are only two people work here including her and those kiosk helps them which is why there is service charge. I was like why the hack customer pay for this. Owner of this place should educate their employees and should stop falsely taking money from customer. This service fee is only few cents but if you take it from 100s people everyday it’s SCAM and most of their customers are kids/students who don't mind paying small hidden fee on every order.
If i talk about their boba tea, it was trash. Milk tea was all water and their jelly were chewy.

Read moreThe location has great ambiance and staff were efficient but we just didn’t enjoy the flavor of our drinks.
I loved the decor. The dark walls with string lights are charming and there are lots of spaces to sit, either alone or in groups and a lot of young people were enjoying the welcoming space.
We love boba tea so I was excited to try this franchise after seeing a location in Seattle. My first disappointment was that they only had three types of popping boba- strawberry, mango and lychee.
Then there was a chemical taste to the teas we chose - peach green tea and oolong milk tea. I went home and added a bunch of ice to the milk tea and that made it more palatable but it was still off. I liked the flavor of the passion fruit slush best, but do these drinks use sucralose or some kind of fake sugar? They left a weird aftertaste.
This brand of boba tea just wasn’t our jam and we were...
Read moreThis place WAS my go to boba tea place until they decided to skimp on toppings because they were running out. I called and asked what had happened with the lack of toppings on my orders, and they explained as they approach closing hours (2-3 hours prior to closing), the store start putting as little toppings in as possible to stretch out their supply (because it takes too long to make additional bobas according to them). These words were from the restaurant staff. To top it off, the staff concluded the conversation with “there is nothing we can do about it”. Not the kind of customer service I'd hoped for.
Too bad. I really liked this place.
Update: management reached out to apologize for the issue. I hope the quality of the drinks will be back next...
