Bojangles — Restaurant in Johnson City

This has become my family's go-to breakfast meal for any time. We all love the egg and cheese biscuits, hash rounds and a cup of tea that is, refreshingly, not oversweetened more often than not. Yum, yum, yummy! If you want a quick breakfast sans meat, the previously stated order is highly recommended.

Of course, we have never had problems with others with us not finding anything yummy on the menu that includes meat. We just have this specific order for members of our family. As is it not only our son who ID raised on a healthy yet meatless diet, but both my partner and myself are longtime vegetarians too.

Placed an order last night through the drive through. Once again for the fifth time in a six month period they once again messed up my order. I have called so many times to this location and talked to the manager on multiple occasions every time they make a huge mistake and ruin my order. He sruges it off and tells me he would be glad to replace the item they have shorted me, or made incorrectly. But after the second time I myself wonder how hard is it to read the receipt ticket when making or placing the items in the bag? And if there was another location in town I would go there and stop all my business at this location. But what can you do? I wouldn’t leave a one star if I didn’t have to. Came through this morning and when the lady went to hand me a large sweet tea the cup fell apart and spilled outside my car window and on the door panel a puddle of tea is still seating were my window controller is. my seat is covered in tea. Was outside nearly 30 minutes and no one even offered a rag or anything. After getting what I could cleaned up I went in and talked to the manger she was very rude and continued blaming me for the cup falling apart. You all have definitely lost my business!
