What is happening here?! The employees are lazy and unfriendly. Why isn't someone from the staff calling out your name when your food is ready? Every other WS I have ever been to has called out a name when the food is ready to go. The grease is rarely changed, so the fries are really dark in color (or at least mine have been the past 2 times I've ordered them) and hard. You either receive saucy or very little to no saucy tenders and wings. They put very little cheese sauce and ranch on the Voo-Doo fries, but they are heavy-handed on the seasoning. And let me tell you... I love a good amount of seasoning... but the last couple of times, the seasoning on the fries has been unbearable! So much to the point that it takes your breath away! You have to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance or else your food is luke warm. The website was down for ordering online, so I ended up calling them to place an order. The guy who took my order said it would take 20 to 30 minutes. Arrival was 20 minutes on the dot, and the food was barely warm.
This place is such a waste of time and money! It sucks for someone like me who lives an hour away from the nearest WS. I was traveling to Kingsport (which is over an hour away from where I live in NC), and now it appears I'm going to have to continue doing so again! What a bummer! The employees must have been hired without any background check. They legit don't have a clue how to run a restaurant! Just save your money and go elsewhere. Read moreUsually order online and pick up. They are never on time for what their website says. So you have to wait a few minutes. No problem. Friday night we placed an order at 7:30 with a 38 min wait time. OK no worries. 8:10 we check in with the cashier. She says orders almost ready just a few more minutes. 8:25 They are "almost done". 8:40 when the customer who ordered at 8:03 picks up his food we ask where our order is in line. After 10 minutes of frantic searching it's suddenly not back there any more. Keep in mind they are taking walk in orders that are manually put in the cook line ahead of online orders. We sat and watched this process repeatedly. And the tickets have first and last names on them so our food couldn't have been given away. And the cashier gave the impression she saw it back there when we asked the status. We asked for a refund. It took another 15 minutes for the manager to come out of her office to process the refund. As we were leaving it appeared that sever other orders had "disappeared". The customer service or lack there of is atrocious. Either go check and give accurate information or don't give any at all. And if your on a 40 minute wait with a full and I mean full lobby, as a manager you should be out front doing everything to can to keep the train on the tracks or have a designated employee to . We left hungry and mad but hey they did give us 2 free chicken sandwiches for our next visit. Unless those "disappear" too. We won't be taking the chance they will. While I checked to make sure I had everything before I left the store I just thought the boneless wings were small only to get home and count them and no it’s bc minus the one that i ate while checking to make sure i had everything there was only 15 wings. So on top of them being small I was shorted. I call the store only to have a manager try and tell me she counted them and there was 20! No ma’am there absolutely was not! Funny she said she thought I said 16 when I had actually said 15 not thinking about the one I had ate in store. So yes ma’am you counted them and knew there was only 16 and still sent it out hoping nobody would notice! Then no apology just bring it back and I’ll remake it for you! Halfway there I call and say I will happily bring it back I’m not comfortable having it remade and I would just like a refund to which she said yes but when asked about proof bc she said it would take 3-5 days she tells me I will get an email when she gets times to do it! So u intentionally sent out an order short since u said u counted them yourself and called me a liar without calling me a liar, want me to return the food without any proof of the issue or that I’m going to see a refund!
