Hardee’s — Restaurant in Johnson City

Went to drive thru on w. market str and ordered a country ham and egg on sourdough with mayo tomato and extra ham during breakfast. First I had to pull up and wait and when they finally brought it out it was country ham mayo and tomato no egg. I had to go inside which defeated the whole purpose of going to drive thru. Then they wanted to give me egg on the side for a sandwich that was now getting cold. Then the lady tried to take my sandwich which had been opened to show her there was no egg and put fresh egg on a old sandwich. I told her I wanted a new one. So with not such a friendly attitude they made another I put my trust in them. When I got to my car and opened it there was no extra ham. I went back in there and one of the employees yelled there's an angry customer at the counter ( where did that training come from) which embarrassed me especially since I wasn't dressed to go inside. The same lady came to the counter and I asked her where my extra ham I paid for was at . She asked to see the receipt. I showed it to her and she told BOH it's suppose to have extra ham and took my old sandwich and put ham on it instead of making it fresh. Not once was I asked if I needed a drink or anything. By this time they should have given it to me for free it was my third time bringing the sandwich back....

I really try not to leave reviews based on one bad experience. Unfortunately we've had an issue just about every time we order from here. Either the person taking our order is rude, food is missing or wrong. The last time we ordered 5 breakfast platters for our family. One was missing bacon, one had a burnt biscuit, and one was missing hash browns. I also ordered the new fried egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit and it was missing the egg. Also the time my mother in law had some test run and she hadn't been able to eat beforehand they were rude. When we pulled up they asked us to wait. I asked my in-law what she wanted and proceeded to tell her about the burgers they had to offer. While going over the different combos the lady snapped at me and told me that she had told me to wait. When I apologized and said I was reading the menu she snapped at me again and told me I was distracting her. After ordering I wasn't given the total. When we arrived at the window a lady seemed frustrated I asked for the price so I just handed her my card. She then proceeded to throw it back into my window with the receipt which floated to the ground. Then we pulled forward and waited 10 minutes even though we were the only ones there. We tried the new Southwestern Bacon Cheeseburger and it is definitely one of our new favourites. The associates were courteous and professional and our order was accurate, as well as fresh. We will definitely order from this Hardee's more often. May 27, 2022 This morning I arrived barely before lunch and was able to have breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional and made ordering simple and quick. The restaurant was clean and inviting due to associates diligent work and care. I was able to watch the biscuit maker bring a fresh pan of beautiful golden brown biscuits from the oven and another associate get fresh ingredients to assemble my Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit.
