Went thru the drive thru. Service window employee was kind and helpful in my ordering. Food was presented with in a couple mins and was well packaged for road.
Food was good. Amount of food was less than years past. There was limited amount of crunches in my box. :( Food over all was 2 stars because of less food than in the past and no enough crunches in the box as past for around $8
Drive thru cleaness was poor. Way past time to touch up paint. Just looked unclean. Was a noticeable big spider web. Was grass/greenery growing in the lava rocks. Thus lack of outside yardwork per say. At least in the drive thru area. Next time I will add photos of these three items. The reason I bring this up is you have your customers setting in a automobile looking out the window at this untidy area. Is this the way you want your customer to consider if you keep your kitchen this untidy as well? One employee one pretty day could make this presentable. Uncalled for!
Questionable if I would visit again. Maybe in 6 months to see if things had changed for the better. In the meantime I will spend my $8 somewhere that values their customer a little better. All items mentioned can be corrected by the...
Read moreEvery time you go to this Long Johns it is closed early or not opened at all. It use to be a great place to eat but now it has went to I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs! If a place wants to make it they am have to be consistent with their hrs and be opens. And STAY open. Even if the owner has to come in and run the place! Small places like this that means so much to the smaller community won’t be around lunch longer and they wonder why! Just in the past year i have seen this place do I complete 360 in service and just being open all together. Don’t do away with the business that’s been around forever and mean stuff to the locals. They are a dying breed. Do all you can to keep them. But like this you’re losing customers. Not keeping. I don’t think I will ever give them my business again cause I’ve been 5 different time and they’ve closed with out a heads up. So a waste of time and gas....
Read moreMy recent experience at Long John Silver's was extremely disappointing. We went through the drive thru , they asked us to wait for our food and to pull behind the building. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes for our order, and it was clear that the staff had completely forgotten about us. After finally getting someone's attention, the manager ended up having to give us our money back because our food was nowhere to be found. While the employees were quick to issue a refund, there was no apology or real effort to correct their mistake, which made the situation even more frustrating.
