Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Johnson City

Ordered online and sent my boyfriend to pick up sense he was going by anyway. He didn’t have a mask. Which I totally understand every business has the right to request that if it’s privately owned or mandated. But poor customer service is talking over your customer and requesting they go back outside in the rain not letting them get a word in otherwise. Even before they dropped the mask mandate here iv had a few occasions of not having a mask in my car or on me, it happens. Every single place I went in was super polite and understanding! It’s been a highly stressful time putting a lot of people on edge there are definitely better ways to handle situations. Unfortunately that was my first experience. Their are plenty of very good polite places with better customer service...

We have been an avid Nothing Bundt Cake fan for years and have never had a bad experience. We were in the JC area and saw them and decided to stop in and get two cakes on 4/16. Got home as a we live an hour away and opened them up to eat. To say we were disappointed is not even close. The confetti cake, which is my personal favorite had a sour taste and the after taste was not something I could describe. I thought at first maybe lemon got mixed in, but the second bite it tasted nothing like lemon and just pure sour (bad). The carrot cake was lacking any taste, there was a hint of spice but that was it. Just seemed like a spice cake with frosting. Carrot flavor was like a nice cinnamon chai flavor no texture in it really Chocolate one needs Chocolate chips or something very weak Chocolate flavor I would also put Chocolate icing not what I believe mightve been cream cheese Raspberry white Chocolate is weak on Raspberry needs more flavor in cake itself and maybe fresh Raspberries on top

All 3 cakes were moist carrot I enjoyed most since I enjoy those warm flavors Chocolate was a let down White Chocolate Raspberry needs more Raspberry
