Got 2 delicious drinks delivering in flavor Sunrise sunset with substituted pineapple for blueberries and got the mocha madness delivering in mocha and coffee flavor not overly sweet and it tasted healthy honestly. Great service from our cashier and drink maker 👏
UPDATE we have tried a few food items like the Chipotle chicken flatbread which has great sauce and cubed chicken sometimes they drown it in way too much sauce and needs more chicken. The Thai chicken wrap is so good but a bit pricey. The sausage cheese dilla is a nice smaller option that comes with a mild spicy salsa.
Overall since we visited more times we noticed they are not always consistent in food and drink and definitely not in service since I left this review a month ago about. Service is so weak now they don't greet you in and they don't greet you out and i dine in so i get to see how they treat guests that order in and those who pick up online orders its not welcoming. I'm definitely coming back for the drink and quick bite not for the service. Only had that 1 great male worker who welcomed us so great with his service we gave him a tip for my first part of review which was a 5 star. Read moreWe are customers at the Johnson City Tn location about twice a week after going to the gym, which is out of the way for us but we love the smoothies. We love the smoothies and the healthy ingredients. BUT the staff has so much to be desired. The last few months all the employees have no personality at all. They all look like the are miserable with frowns on the face and not friendly at all. The employees of any type of business are so much of the experience. A bad waiter or waitress will tear down a good business. No different from a unfriendly employee at a good restaurant. Months ago there were a couple super sweet, friendly, and energetic employees but have not seen them in some time. We realize they are busy at times but you still need to treat each customer and smoothie with care. From time to time the smoothies taste different (we get the same every time). We watch them prepare the smoothie. I believe this is due to some measure and make the smoothie and some will just sling the ingredients in the container splashing everywhere. Read moreWhile I was waiting for my online order “to be made”, I watched the employee handling food make multiple wraps using the same gloves, touching the screen, open the back door to let someone in, and then go right back to making food. Health code violation. Gloves are meant to protect the food not your hands.
I would have never seen this though if they had used the online pick up counter properly. When an employee finally acknowledged me after 5 minutes, she handed me a wrap that had been sitting bagged up behind the counter since I had walked in the door.
This isn’t the first time I have been made to wait for food that was prepared because they didn’t use the pick up cubbies properly. But watching the person making the food using the same gloves over and over while touching all kinds of surfaces was eye opening. If you have allergies or a weak stomach I would avoid this place.
Edit: the management reply to my review seems to deflect the issues of the health code violation: opening an external door wearing gloves that were then used in food preparation. I wasn’t referring to making multiple orders as the violation. If they don’t understand the codes, how can they...
