I went through the drive through and ordered a chicken wrap meal with a large side of crinkle fries and medium coke along with 2 triple chocolate cookies, a 3 piece order of chicken strips with ranch for my daughter and granddaughter. Instead of chicken strips and cookies , I received a beef and cheddar sandwich. I drove back within a few minutes to have my order corrected. I tried calling several times but no one would answer. I had to wait for 2 more people to place and receive their orders before I could ask for my missing items. I asked why they do not answer their phone. The managerâs reply was that it was out of order. I was then asked for the entire meal to be returned. I had my receipt and just wanted the missing items. I explained that my daughter had taken her chicken wrap meal and left for work. Then the manager explained she had to call her manager to see how to proceed. This has already taken 30 minutes minimum. She returns to the window and asked for my signature on a reprinted copy of the receipt and my telephone number. I did as she wished. Then I return the sandwich and receipt to her. She provides the lukewarm chicken strips and 2 cookies. I would think I would have received fresh strips at the least. The shake machine has been down a while but from what I hear that's more just from the repairman being a no call no show than anything the team can do themselves. Other reviews have stated that their sandwich was smashed, etc. But I can imagine that these are the people who asked for, say, a classic #1 cut in half, when the knives used to cut sandwiches are for the much bigger market fresh sandwiches, so of course they're going to get a little flatter. Overall a good store, the newer generations of in-store managers are definitely making this a better place to be.

   Read moreTerrible experience. As I arrived in the parking lot during dinner rush, I began to wonder if the place was even open because the parking lot was empty. When I entered the building, I intentionally didn't walk up to the counter because I didn't know what I was ordering yet. Despite this, the cashier bothered me until I ordered. After conversing with the two employees about what I was ordering for several minutes and them both repeating my order back to me, my food was made incorrectly.
To add insult to injury, the tea was terrible. Not sour, just weak and mostly unsweet. Then when I tried to leave feedback through the website, which is a long and grueling process, the WiFi crapped out and I couldn't leave the feedback despite working on it for more than 20 mins.
