I was greeted immediately by Jake Griggs who assisted me with finding materials and finding a sofa to go with my chosen two chairs.

He also recommended I schedule an appointment with Andrea the designer.

They both arrived at my home two days later with pre-chosen and matching fabrics.

Andrea measured, took photos and helped me choose which fabrics would work best. She then created a digital photo of my room with furniture placement, the chosen fabrics and a carpet. Pillow material, a tall lamp and chandelier was included.

I scheduled another visit to go over the digital photo and included items. They worked with me, made any changes I requested, then calculated the cost.

After paying a deposit and signing appropriate paperwork, I was given the digital photos of my room from different angles and given copies of the paperwork with both Andrea and Jake’s Cell numbers if I had questions.

Amelia was great. I was trying to order the same fabric as my Harbor Town chair, which I had been told was Fairfax Oyster, so I ordered a Fairfax Oyster sofa. When Amelia sent the invoice, I noticed that the color code did not match the color code for the chair on its invoice. I called up Amelia, who dug up samples for the Fairfax Oyster and my chair color, Fairfax Almond. She had me look under the chair to verify the color, and it was Almond. She even took a picture of the Almond sample in the sun so I could compare it with my chair.

Thanks to Amelia’s patience (and not necessarily to the sales person for the chair, who had told me it was Fairfax Oyster), we were able to correct the color on the sofa to Fairfax Almond.
