I came to this McDonald's specifically because the official website advertises it as being open 24 hours.

I pulled up to the drive-thru kiosk to place my order and sat there waiting, assuming the location was open. The restaurant failed to post a simple sign or a message at the kiosk to indicate they were closed. After a significant wait, an employee finally came up to my car just to tell me they were actually closed and wouldn't open until 5:30 AM.

This entire experience was a complete waste of my time and gas. This location needs to immediately update their operating hours on their official website and place a visible "Closed" sign at the drive-thru when they are not serving customers. Only one star because zero isn't possible. Got in line at the drive through the store was lit up and active like any other night. 20 cars or more in line at the drive through. No indication of closing...lights on, cars moving through the drive through and finally the guy in front of me jumps out of his car with his arms in the air saying its closed! In other words, after waiting in line for a solid 25 minutes, we were turned away! They could have sent someone out with cones to indicate the last car, turned out the lights, sent someone out there to tell people BEFORE we wasted precious time on Christmas Eve! Nope! Screw those people! We want to go home and we have no responsibility to them. Its like standing in line at a checkout and the cashier just closes up shop and walks away. We go to this specific McDonald's for two reasons The food and an employee that works here Hannah Drexel she always has a smile on her face so happy her customer service is outstanding we love to see Hannah every time we go there and her representing your company she should be in a commercial or on a poster her smile just lights up the room and her social media all she does is show off the McDonald's stuff she buys and we are so happy to see someone like Hannah representing McDonald's corporation Yes she is just one employee but if you could just meet Hannah in person and see her smile you would be so happy to know that she represents your company I would hope that McDonald's corporate can see my post and do something special for Hannah Drexel she is an amazing person working for an amazing company and she is proud of it Thank you please do something special for Hannah Drexel Sincerely John and Kim...
