If I could give this Wendy's minus 10 stars I would. I actually went into this facility to place my order today. Waited a few minutes before a VERY SLOW walking girl, who was.....less than enthusiastic to say the least, and clearly did not want to be there took my order. She didn't even say "can I help you". Took my order, and walked away. After looking at my receipt I noticed that I was charged thirty cents more for each of the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches I ordered- 2.69 per the sign in the store, however they rang up as 2.99. Asked the girl about the price difference. Said she didn't know, so I asked for the manager. His explanation was the price went up. OK, but the sign should be changed. According to him the sign can't be changed until an email is sent to them? Yet the register was changed for the price increase? When I opened the bag at home, so my husband and I could eat our lunch, we didn't even get the correct sandwiches. Jr cheeseburger deluxes, should have lettuce and tomatoe on it. I attached a picture of what we got. The buns were very dry and was cold. The fries were ice cold too. I live 2 minutes away. I was not about to go back to that horrible place to have it corrected. As it was, 2 people were there, who were already waiting 15 minutes for their food when I got there, and I waited about the same for my food. There was a puddle of soda on the floor in front of the counter, not cleaned up but with a "caution wet floor" sign by it. WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!    Read moreI had a simple order of a #5 large with a strawberry lemonade and one of those new brownie oreo frosty fusions in a small size. The lady taking my order in the drive thru had to be corrected twice with my order after putting in my drink as medium and adding a large frosty. After everything was finally corrected she asked if I wanted chocolate or vanilla frosty and I said chocolate. At the window, I was given an incorrect frosty. I was given the regular vanilla frosty with the brownie syrup stuff in it. I told her I had ordered the fusion and handed it back. The manager came to the window and asked what I'd ordered but at that point I was already upset and no longer wanted to deal with that crew so I asked for the frosty back and said it was fine and I'd just take it. The manager told me that there was no frosty fusion (it was literally on the drive thru menu and in the app). I will not be returning to this Wendy's location.    Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your drive-thru recently. My experience was frustrating and unacceptable for several reasons. Firstly, the drive-thru attendant was inattentive and did not pay attention to my order. I ended up receiving items I did not order, including a chicken sandwich and a bacon egg croissant, while the sandwich I did orderâa sausage egg croissantâwas missing. When I asked the cashier to read my order back to me, she rudely handed me my receipt instead of confirming the order verbally. Upon realizing that my order was incorrect, I requested a refund. To my surprise the manager refused and told me to come back the next day to speak with another manager, because she was unable to, which I thought was strange because she was a manager as well. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and did not reflect the standards I expect from a managerial position. I am very disappointed with the service I received and the lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made to prevent such incidents...
